Thanksgiving pt2

Everyone made their way to the big table next to the living room and kitchen. Neytiri and Mo'at finished bringing out the dishes and everyone took their seats. All the parents sat at one end of the table and the kids sat at the other end. They all said grace and began to dig in.

For a while it was silent, everyone too busy eating the delicious food. That was until Rotxo's mother broke the silence.

"Mm, wow Neytiri you must give the recipe for the ham, it is very good!"

Neytiri smiles brightly and agrees to give it to her before they leave. This one exchange opened the door for conversation. The room erupted with noise as everyone started to converse in little groups.

Tsireya, Ao'nung, Kiri , and Neteyam:

T: "What are we going to do after we finish eating?"

A: "We could watch a movie"

K: "What if we go to the beach"

T: "Ooo, I'd love to go to the beach but it's getting late"

N: "Why don't we just go swimming in the backyard"

A: "Yesssss, bro you're so smart"

T: "That sounds so fun but I don't have a bathing suit"

K: "Just borrow one of mine"

T: "Okay! Then lets go!"

Kiri and Tsireya go upstairs to Kiri's room to go change into their swim suits. Kiri is wearing a floral tankini set thats a mixture of greens and oranges. Tsireya puts on a light blue bikini that has bows on the sides. Before heading downstairs they grab clean towels out of the cabinet and as they start to head down the stairs Tuk comes up to them.

"Are you gonna go swimming? Can I hang out with you guys?" Tuk asks her big sister.

Kiri looks at Tuk then at Tsireya then back to Tuk before telling her to go get dressed.

"Yay!!"

Kiri and Tsireya go outside and meet up with Neteyam and Ao'nung. The two are already in the water and are playing fighting in the deep end. Tsireya and Kiri both sit at the edge dipping their feet in the water. They watch Neteyam and Ao'nung until Lo'ak suddenly comes up from behind and pushes Kiri into the pool.

"Oi! Lo'ak! ¡Para qué diablos fue eso!(What the hell was that for!)

okay so in a lot of other fics I've read they write some dialogue in Maori and Spanish so I think I might do that however i dont speak either of these languages so im relying on google translate

Lo'ak bursts out laughing and just cannonballs into the pool. All the kids at the Sully house then get into the pool and they all swim around and play fun games in the water. They hold chicken fights for a while and play marco polo until it gets too cold to swim anymore. All the kids head inside after drying off and join the parents in the living room.

"Alright kids it's getting late we're going to head home now," Tonowari says to his two children once they walk over.

And with that Tsireya and Ao'nung say goodbye to their friends and thank Mr and Mrs Sully. They leave the house and Rotxo and his mom follow soon after.

I'm sure you guys could tell that I got lazy and rushed the end but it's honestly just because I didn't know what else to write.
