David and Harshit walked through the dense forest of ratanpur their flashlights cutting through the thick darkness. The air was thick with tension and the faint sounds of nocturnal creatures. The village's secrets were unraveling before them, each revelation more disturbing than the last. David's mind was heavy with thoughts of his wife and daughter, the loss still raw despite the time that had passed.

"We're close," Harshit said, breaking the silence. He held a tattered map given to them by Rajiv Verma, pointing towards an old orphanage hidden deep within the woods. "This orphanage might hold the answers we need."

David nodded, his heart pounding. Each step towards the orphanage felt like a step towards the truth, and potentially, a confrontation with the past.

As they approached the crumbling building, a sense of foreboding washed over them. The orphanage, abandoned and decaying, stood as a silent witness to the horrors that had transpired. The front door creaked ominously as Harshit pushed it open, and the two friends stepped inside.

The interior was shrouded in darkness, the air stale and heavy with dust. David's flashlight illuminated broken furniture, torn wallpaper, and the remnants of a place that had once been filled with children's laughter. They moved cautiously, searching for any clue about the satanic couple's child.

Suddenly, a faint sound echoed through the hall. It was the soft hum of a lullaby, eerie and out of place in the abandoned building. David and Harshit exchanged a tense glance before following the sound.

They arrived at a small room at the end of the corridor. The door was slightly ajar, and inside, they found a woman sitting on the floor, humming to herself. Her clothes were tattered, and her eyes had a distant, haunted look. But as David's flashlight fell on her face, he gasped.

It was his wife, asha.

"Aasha?" David whispered, his voice trembling. "Aasha, is it really you?"

The woman looked up, her eyes focusing on David. Recognition dawned on her face, followed by a flood of emotions. She rose unsteadily to her feet and stumbled towards him.
