In times of need, we all need somebody to lean on. It may be a friend, a parent or sometimes a complete stranger. But for Payten, it just so happens to be her best friend, aka her old crush.
Will old feelings arise in this new and scary time? Or we...

Payten
Payten stood in front of the mirror, admiring her rapidly changing body. She found it crazy that 16 weeks ago she didn't even know she was pregnant. And now, at 24 weeks pregnant, you'd swear there was two.
She walked over to her closet, trying to find something that would fit over her belly, but her options were limited. She sighed in defeat, and grabbed an oversized shirt she wore to bed.
She then grabbed a pair of sweatpants, looked in the mirror again and went downstairs to grab something to eat.
She was spreading the jam over her toast when Adams door opened and out walked a shirtless Adam. It took everything in Payten to not jump him in the kitchen, which she had her crazy hormones to blame for that.
"Morning." Payten said, grabbing her plate and walking over to the table and sitting down slowly.
"Morning Payten, morning baby." Adam said groggily, and Payten melted, first at his voice and second at him saying baby. She was brought out of her thoughts when Marty barked from outside, wanting to be let in.
"I got him don't worry." Adam said, shuffling quickly towards the back door and letting him in. Payten just smiled, and started to eat her toast.
Adam made himself a cup of coffee then grabbed an apple and brought it over to the table where Payten sat.
"I need to go out and get some better things to wear, if you want to come with." Payten said, in between bites.
"Yeah for sure I'll come with." Adam smiled and then took a sip of coffee. She smiled too and then looked down at Marty, who sat there beside her begging for toast crust.
She leaned over, giving Marty a quick head rub before giving him some of her crust.
An hour later, Payten and Adam were on their way to the store to hopefully find Payten clothes she could actually wear. Even though Adam wasn't much bigger than Payten, he still offered her a shirt that looked better than the oversized one she had on this morning.
