Meri Raahein Tere Tak Hain , Tujhpe Hi Toh Mera Haq Hai

Ishq Mera Tu Beshaq Hai , Tujhpe Hi Toh Mera Haq Hai

Saath Chhodunga Na Tere Pichhe Aaunga , Chheen Lunga Ya Khuda Se Maang Laaunga

Tere Naal Taqdeeran Likhwaunga

Main Main Tera Ban Jaaunga, Main Tera Ban Jaaunga

Sankaar

Dialing Aniket, I strolled towards the garden area.

Although I don't have any special love for these tiny green creatures, I have to admit, they look quite beautiful together. The way they seem merry and happy as they flow with the wind, wiggle around each other, and spread the fragrance of their flowers makes them somehow acceptable.

She loves plants and animals. Sometimes, I really think she should have chosen a field like botany. It would have been perfect for her. Cause, whenever I need to find her, I often discover her with that third-wheel bird, or whatever she calls it. How can she even know whether it is male or female? Either she's talking to that silly monkey—Coco—or she's in the library with her numerous crushes, or at last, sitting among plants.

How can someone have such calm choices? A simple, pure life.

But the point is that I don't have one or two competitors; she has a whole gang of these nonsensical species against me. It's like I have to win my wife over from her birds, books, and plants. And then there's my other firecracker, her car, which gets jealous too.

How can I balance all these?

I wish I could somehow lock away all these worries somewhere far away, but that would only make her sad, which is something I never want. No, never.

"Hello? Sir? Are you there?" The voice jolted me back to reality. I realized I'd been lost in my thoughts while dialing Aniket.

But one day, I am going to make them all jealous. My goal is to become the center of her world, the one she wouldn't even spare a glance away from. I'll be so captivating that even her beloved birds, books, and plants will have to take a backseat.

Just wait and watch you all.

Come back to reality, Sanskaar

"Sir?"

"Yes, Aniket?" I snapped back from my delusional thoughts. "Appoint guards around my mansion and keep an eye on all the people in the vicinity."

"Okay, sir."

"And tell Shreya to find the location of Malhotra's son—the one whose company we brought to its knees last year. His name is probably Raghav. Tell her to track him down."

"We're already working on it, sir."

"Working on it isn't enough. I need his exact location."

"Understood, sir," Aniket replied. I could hear him giving instructions to someone in the background. "Anything else, sir?"

"Yes. Prepare my schedule for today. Arrange all the meetings for today because I'll be on leave after that. Make sure no work is left pending."

"Will do, sir."

Ending the call, I walked back inside the mansion.

The house felt so empty now with just the two of us and a few servants. It used to be so full of life with everyone around. Papa would be reading his newspaper while chachu debated over something with Ma and chachi. My monkey siblings would always be fighting over something or another.
