CALEB'S POV:
I parked in front of one of the luxury car stores in BCG. I wore my sunglasses because someone might recognize me. Before arriving, I went to our mansion where Papa is waiting for me by the door. He handed me a box with my wedding ring.
"Don't you dare lose it again or you'll be in trouble next time. Gladly it was left here."
I kept it in the compartment box and will pick it up later.
I called Justin this morning to help me pick a car. He's went out of his car when he saw me.
"Hey, how are you?"
"Eto, okay lang."
"When did you get back?"
"Three nights ago."
"Where are you staying?"
"With Cass."
He stopped walking and looked at me.
"She let you in her condo?" he playfully laughs at the thought.
"I know the passcode."
"I salute you, Pare. So, are you guys okay?" his tone became serious. He also knows what happened the night of your wedding.
"Yeah."
I don't want to elaborate when in fact even I'm not sure if we're really okay. We haven't really had "the talk".
"Good morning! Looking to buy a new car?" the manager spoke as I roamed my eyes around.
"Yes, we are." I started walking in front of each car as the manager recites the car's specs and price.
My eyes landed on the silver Bentley GTC. Justin's brow creases. He knows this car isn't your type.
I started touching the hood and peeked inside. I can't hide my smile thinking how Cass would react when she sees this.
"Are you buying that?" Justin asked.
I didn't answer and went on the the next car.
"This is one of the latest models, Sir. The Chevrolet Corvette..." she then recited the car's specs and price.
"I'll take it plus the Bentley GTC."
Her face lit up. Afterwards, I handed her my card and she gestured us to seat in a private room while she prepares the paper works. Justin can't help but comment.
"Is the Bentley for Cassie?"
"That's her dream car."
"How do you know?"
"I just know." I took a sip of the champagne she handed us.
After signing all the paper works, the manager shook both our hands.
"Thank you so much for the purchase, Mr. Silverio. We'll have the cars delivered this afternoon to the address you gave us. If there's anything else, please let me know," and she handed me back my card and shook our hands once again.
"Thank you." Justin went out first.
"Are you ready to visit our resto?"
"Lead the way."

It was a 45 minute drive before we reached Eclipse. The building is owned by Justin's family where he's currently the manager. Eclipse is the bar and resto I started and manage together with Justin and Ashley, my manager and co-chef. She's been working since it started and even while it's being renovated, she stayed and keeps an eye on everything for me since Justin has other businesses to look after.
"Hey you! When did you get back!" Ashley gave me a peck in my cheek the minute she saw us. She linked her arms on mine. I've been trying to keep my distance from her because I know my other employees speculate about our relationship and not everyone knows I am already married.
Justin coughed to get our attention. Gladly, she let me go so I was able to walk freely to inspect how the renovation is going and even met some of the newly hired employees. I can hear some of them talking as I pass by.
"Oh my God, he's so handsome in person."
"Glad I was chosen for this job."
"Shh...Ms. Ashley might hear you."
They all went quiet when Ashley stood beside me. I continued my inspection and didn't realized it's almost time to pickup Cass.
My phone buzzed. I excused myself to take her call.
"Hi, you're done?"
"Yeah, we're here in Shangri-La Plaza. We just ate."
"Okay, I'll be there in 30 minutes."
"Text me when you get here so I can meet you upfront."
"Yeah, sure."
"Be safe."
"See..."
"Babe, are you coming?" Ashley peeked inside the room.
And the line went dead.
You've gotta be kidding me!

CASSIE'S POV:
I didn't let him finish what he's about to say. Cindy notice the change in my expression.
"You okay?"
"Uhhmm, yeah. I'll just go to the restroom."
We were in High Street Café when I called Caleb to tell him he can pick me up.
"Babe, are you coming?"
The woman's voice kept ringing in my ear.
Is she one of those women he was seen with? So is that where he's supposed to be like he said earlier and the reason he went home in the first place?
Anger enveloped me. This is what I am saying from the start not ot keep my hopes up and to guard my heart. Why did he even say he'll take me somewhere if he's already with someone? And he even used my car!
I tried to calm down first before going out or Cindy would ask questions. Caleb's already there with Justin as I was approaching our table.
"There she is." Cindy said.
"Hi, Cassie," Justin said as he gently kissed my cheek.
"How've you been?" I asked not looking at Caleb.
"I'm good. My friend can't wait to see you so we has to come here," he said while looking at Caleb who looks at me nervously.
I flashed a fake smile and we all headed to the front entrance. I bade Cindy and Justin as they walk away while the valet hands Caleb the key to our car. He helped me inside before getting in and started the car
The car was quiet. I see him eyeing me from the side but I don't want to meet his gaze. Should I let him explain? Do I ask him? And what if...
I shook those thoughts off my head. He kept driving and I noticed the road isn't the way back to the condo.
"Where are you taking me?" I said without looking at him.
"We're going home."
**Author's note: I added the picture of the cars. Do you think it suits them?**
