That morning, as Armaan rolled over in bed and stretched out his arms to embrace Ishani, he was greeted with her infectious smile and mischievous gleam in her eyes.

"Good morning, my love," she said, giving him a quick peck on the cheek. "And don't forget—tonight's the night we return to India and share our love story with our families!"

Armaan grinned back at her, his heart swelling with love and excitement. "It sure is, Mrs. Singh-to-be," he replied, teasing her with the playful nickname

"Mrs. Singh-to-be? Not so fast, Mr. Singh!" Ishani giggled, playfully pushing him away. "Remember, your charm has to win my father over first. I don't want to start packing our bags before we've even gotten his approval."

Armaan nodded, his expression turning serious. "You're right, and I promise to do everything in my power to convince him. Your happiness is my priority, and I'll make sure he understands that."

Ishani's face softened, her eyes misting over with emotion.

"You always know just what to say," Ishani whispered, leaning in to rest her head against Armaan's chest. "And I'm so grateful to have you in my life. But I have to admit, I'm a little nervous about tonight. What if he doesn't understand our love?"

Armaan's arms tightened around her, his voice strong and confident. "He will, Ishani. Our families have known each other for years, and they know how much we love each other. Trust me, your father loves you too much not to see that."

Ishani let out a deep breath, her body relaxing against Armaan's. "You're right," she murmured, her voice still tinged with doubt. "But still, I can't help but wonder what he'll say."

Armaan smiled, planting a tender kiss on her forehead. "Whatever happens tonight, we'll face it together, okay? That's what love is all about—facing life's challenges side by side."

Ishani nodded, her eyes shining with gratitude and love. "Thank you, Armaan.

After a moment of comfortable silence, Armaan and Ishani finally got out of bed, knowing they had a lot to do before their flight back to India that night.

As they got dressed, their thoughts drifted to their families. "I can't believe we're finally telling them," Armaan mused. "Do you think we should call them first, or just show up at their doorstep?"

Ishani pondered the question for a moment, biting her lip in thought. "Maybe we should call your parents first," she suggested.

Armaan nodded, his eyes shining with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. "Good idea. My dad's probably going to have a heart attack when he finds out his best friend's daughter is going to be his daughter-in-law."

Ishani laughed, imagining the scene in her mind. "He'll be so happy, though! Just think of all the weddings and family reunions we'll have!"

Armaan grinned, his heart overflowing with joy at the thought. "Yeah, can you imagine Trisha Auntie and Mira Aunty planning a wedding together?

Ishani shook her head, still smiling. "That's going to be a sight to behold, that's for sure! But seriously, Armaan, do you think your dad will have any objections?"

Armaan's expression became more thoughtful. "Well, he might be a little surprised at first, but he knows how much I love you. And he's always wanted me to settle down with someone from a good family."

"And what about my dad?" Ishani asked, her brow creasing with concern.

"Siddharth Uncle is protective, yes, but he's also fair-minded," Armaan replied, gently squeezing Ishani's hand. "He's going to see that we're in love and that we're serious about this. And he knows me. He knows that I'm going to treat you like the queen you are."

Ishani blushed, touched by his words. "I don't know what I did to deserve you, Armaan," she whispered, her heart overflowing with love.

Armaan leaned in and kissed her softly, his eyes locked on hers.

After their tender moment, Armaan and Ishani began their preparations for the trip back to India. As they packed their suitcases, a sense of nervous anticipation hung in the air.
"So, we're going to stay at my parents' house when we get there, right?" Armaan asked, his brows furrowing in thought. "They have plenty of room, and I'm sure my mom will love having you around."
Ishani nodded, trying to picture herself living in Armaan's childhood home. "It will be wonderful, I'm sure.
