A/n:
Hey! Quick message!
If you are sensitive to things like (physical and verbal) @buse, su!c!dal thoughts, and mental instability I suggest you start getting wary after this chapter (This one has @abuse). It kinda becomes dark from here on, and I want to say it's fine if you don't continue. I get it, some topics are hard on some people. It's alright if you don't want to read anymore, and I hope you find another great fanfic to read. Thanks!

"I call top bunk!" I called as I climbed atop one of the bunk beds provided for us. They're not the softest, but they're just warm enough and the pillows are nice. No one complained or even spoke at all. All I heard was a soft scoff.

"Tough crowd..." I murmured to myself, understanding what Pixie-Bob meant all those hours ago. As I unpacked my things, I placed them on various corners of my bed. I have a backpack in one, blankets at the foot, an extra pillow, and a book I brought with me. Expecting this to be all training, I didn't pack anything I didn't need. I left things like clothes in my bag, only to be pulled out when I needed them.

After fixing everything up, I grabbed a brush and quickly combed back my hair, which had made itself a nest. Then, I hopped down the ladder and approached Hitoshi and Shoto, who were sharing a bunk on the other side of the room. It took me a second to understand what it implied. One, they wanted to get to know each other better, and two, I'm sleeping above Bakugou Katsuki.

I told myself to forget about it, as it wasn't such a big deal. The devil himself had already walked out of the cabin after chucking his backpack on his bed, announcing that he would be making dinner and that if we wanted to help, we could, but we'd just get in the way. "Hey guys," I smiled as I walked up to them, who had also just finished unpacking. "Do you want to go help Bakugou make dinner? I'm starving."

"Yeah, let's go," Agreed Hitoshi, who looked over at Sho and started following me out the door. We made our way over to the kitchens, which were bathed in the sun's setting light. Bakugou was already standing at one of the stations, a large pot on an unlit stove as he grabbed things such as chopping boards and knives. He was grumbling about something but as soon as he noticed we were coming he stopped.

"Now what," He groaned, putting the knife he was inspecting down. "Are you going to get in my way?" He glared directly at me, and I rolled my eyes. I guessed he was still sour from the Beast's Forest (the name I learned by reading one of those maps embedded on a wooden slab).

"No," I responded, irritated. Seriously, how does this guy know exactly how to get under my skin? "We came to help. Is that such a big issue?" My tone came out a bit colder than I wanted, but no matter. He was going to say no, and at least we could say we tried.

Bakugou's eyes dart between Hitoshi, Sho, and me, and I was a bit surprised when he grumbled, "Fine, as long as you don't complain and do what I say," I let myself smirk a bit, knowing I got him to agree to something. I quickly wipe the satisfaction off of my face as Bakugou thinks for a minute, his eyes carefully dissecting his plans.

"Eyebags," He addressed Hitoshi, who I suspected Bakugou only knew because of the Sports Festival. "You're in charge of gathering some vegetables. I don't care what you grab or how much, just grab stuff," He then shoved a woven basket into Hitoshi's hands, who reluctantly headed towards the garden we were briefly shown earlier. I may or may not have heard a small complaint from him, but that wasn't unexpected.

"Half-and-half," he looked at Shoto, who was standing calmly but with an annoyed glare in his eyes that I only recognized because I'd known him for years. He didn't like the way Bakugou acted, but he kept his mouth shut because he didn't want to start a giant argument. "You can be in charge of the fire and the rice. Make sure the fire doesn't scorch the bottom of the pot." Shoto, similar to Hitoshi, walked off quietly and mumbled something, but I only knew he mumbled because I looked at him as he walked off.
