3rd Person's POV

"Tzuyu..."

"She's my half-sister."

Taehyung couldn't have been more shocked. He always thought that Jungkook hated Tzuyu. But, then again, maybe her being his half-sister was what made him hate her.

"H-how?"

Jungkook ruffled his hair before he started explaining to Taehyung.

"My mother was married to Chou Yicheng for a year when she got involved with my father. My father was, and is, one of Yicheng's biggest business rivals and, when Yicheng found out my mother is close with him, he suggested a fake relationship to get more information about my father's company. My mother agreed but she ended up falling for my father as well. Tzuyu was two years old when my mom divorced Yicheng and ran away with my father and I was born."

Taehyung blinked a few times, trying to take in all about Jungkook's connection to Tzuyu. "Woah... And you've told this to me before?"

"Yep. It was a day we had gone out to drink so we were probably both really drunk. I just remember telling you."

"Okay... And what did I promise you?"

Jungkook sighed. "You promised me that Tzuyu could never have something I don't." Suddenly, his tone turned aggressive. "It's so unfair that she is happily growing up with one parent, with everything she ever wanted when I have absolutely nothing except for two parents that don't give a fuck about me!" Jungkook yelled and hit his fist on the wall behind the couch.

"Are you sure that's true?" Taehyung questioned. He doesn't really think that Tzuyu is as happy as Jungkook says, especially since she hasn't contacted her father in two years, one of the few useful pieces of information Jimin shared with him before abandoning the gang.

"Obviously! Her father gives her money for absolutely everything, she has a goddess girlfriend. What else would she need?"

"You do know that her father doesn't approve of Tzuyu being with Sana right?"

Jungkook looked up. "What?"

"Well, Sana doesn't remember Tzuyu right? And she has been staying with her mom and stepdad. If they wanted to, wouldn't they have told her that Tzuyu is her stepsister?"

Jungkook smiled faintly. Taehyung was right. Yicheng hated the idea of Tzuyu being with Sana. Probably after he discovered all the things that Tzuyu had been doing behind his back. He surely wouldn't like to find out that Sana and Tzuyu almost kissed the other day. He wouldn't like the fact that Tzuyu and Sana have met again at all.

"Taehyung you're a genius!" Jungkook exclaimed and hugged Taehyung before grabbing his phone and going up to his room in a hurry. Taehyung just sat there, not having yet understood what Jungkook was so excited about.

------

Jungkook rushed up to his room, closing the door behind him and locking it. He dialed a number on his phone and waited patiently until they pick up. He wasn't expecting much since usually, this person doesn't amswer his calls, but right now, he really wanted them to.

-"Hello?"

Jungkook let out a relieved sigh.

-"We need to talk."

-"What is it all of a sudden?"

-"Can we meet?"

-"Is that really necessary?"

-"Yes it is. I need you to talk with someone."

-"Who?"

-"I'll tell you when we meet."

-"Ugh, whatever. Just tell me when and where."

-"Okay. Goodbye-"

Jungkook couldn't finish his sentence since the person he called hung up. He clenched the phone on his hand firmly. He was full of anger that he preffered not to express.

"-Mother."

Tzuyu's POV

The two weeks before our classes started again were the happiest two weeks of my life. Why? Well, obviously because I spent them with Sana. I was hoping she would remember anything from all the time we spent together but she still hasn't remembered me or anyone from the past.

I keep telling myself that maybe I should settle for this. Sana and I seem to share the same attraction towards each other, and she seems happy. We've already done so many nice things together and she texted me the other day saying that she wanted to make it official. Since I didn't die of a heart attack that day, I believe I still have many years to live.

But then I keep thinking that she deserves to know. She deserves to know what had happened in her past, despite the fact that a part of me doesn't want her to. It will only be worse for her. I also want her to remember me, to know me the way she did before.
