Sana's POV

"So, mom..." I looked at my mom "dad..." I threw a glance at Mr. Chou "I need to talk to you."

They both turned to each other and I could almost feel the tension and the nervousness between them. Two feelings that would become even stronger when they found out what I was planning on telling them.

"Tell us dear."

I took a deep breath and walked over to the front door of the house. Both my mom and Mr. Chou's breathing came to a halt when I opened it. Tzuyu came in, looking as stunning and confident as ever. At first, I was really scared about how this would end up. Now, looking at the way Tzuyu walked in the house, emitting that air of confidence and power, I felt more ready than I thought I'd be.

"What is- Who is-"

"Drop the act mom. I remember. I remembered everything last night." I interrupted.

My mom opened and closed her mouth multiple times, without any sound coming out. I took that as my queue to speak.

"You... Both of you, have been lying to me for two years! Didn't you think, even for one second, that I deserved to know what had happened to me!?" I inquired, raising my tone slightly and choosing not to let all my rage show yet.

I felt a warmness down at my hand. As soon as I looked down, Tzuyu had intertwined her hand with mine. The warmness of her touch has always soothed me and I'm glad I'm feeling it again. I threw a glance up at her and she gave me a reassuring smile, showing her adorable dimples. Those dimples drive me crazy.

Mr. Chou took in a deep breath before speaking. "I considered it better that you did not remember. All your dark past, your fears, gone, just like that!"

"And what about the things I wanted to remember? Hm?"

"Sana, Yicheng did this for your own good-"

"And for the sake of his companies, yeah, we know the drill." Tzuyu cut in, rolling her eyes. Bad choice.

"If you think that what I did was for the good of my status, you could not have been more wrong Tzuyu." her father said, the look in his eyes cold.

"Oh, really?" Tzuyu snapped. "Then why didn't you persuade me to stay? Why, the moment you found out Sana and I had met again, did you threaten me to stay away from her? Was that for her own good?"

"Yes it was Tzuyu, and I explained to you very well why." Mr. Chou argued. I threw a glance at Tzuyu. She was looking at him with that firm and cold stare she had when we first met. A shiver ran down my spine.

"And my mind has not changed. I told you what would happen if you went close to her."

"But, Mr. Chou-"

"Sana. You'll let him speak." my mom said firmly, in a tone I've never heard from her before.

"Sana dear, you'll go to Japan-"

"No!" I tried to protest, only for Tzuyu to squeeze my hand, making me stop.

"I'm not asking a question. You will leave Seoul and you will fly to Japan as soon as possible, where you will stay with your grandparents." Mr. Chou finished.

"Dad, are you insane? This is crazy, sending her to another country just because you can't stand me finally being happy!"

All three of us turned to Tzuyu. I wanted to find a way to tell her that she was playing with fire, but the way my mother was eyeing me didn't really help. Instead, I gently squeezed Tzuyu's hand.

"You..." Mr. Chou made a step towards me and Tzuyu "did not just say that." he finished the moment he stopped in front of us. I'm not sure if it was some kind of reflex, but Tzuyu pulled me slightly behind her.
