Sana's POV
She came for me. Two weeks after telling me we were a game, she came for me when Namjoon-
"Hey. You're zoning out."
Mina shoved me with her elbow, ripping me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, sorry."
"Is it about what happened two days ago?"
Two days ago. Two days ago, I watched as Tzuyu pushed Namjoon away from me. I watched as she hit him everywhere he could find, getting his face bloody and bruised, her knuckles bloody as well. For a moment, I feared she would kill him. I still fear she could if she wanted to.
"No, I'm totally fine." I chuckled.
"You're a terrible liar Sana." Mina shook her head and we continued walking. Mina had thought she would take me home today, considering what happened with Namjoon. I tried explaining to her that she didn't need to be mad at Tzuyu, since she was the one who pushed Namjoon away from me. However, it looks as though Mina had other reasons to be mad at Tzuyu and what happened two days ago was just one more reason to get angry with her.
"So? What's troubling you?"
I sighed. "I really don't know."
"Well, you could always sleep over. Do some late night talking." Mina shrugged, her eyes flying around, inspecting every small corner of the road we were walking through.
"I don't want to be a burden. Besides, I want to do some talking with my parents."
"Oh, okay." she smiled. We continued walking and my eyes landed on several posters on the way. Upcoming concerts, new movies playing at the cinema, an event to commemorate a deceased racecar driver-
I halted to a stop and eyed the specific poster. It was to celebrate the second death anniversary of a Formula 1 driver. A thin man, with brown hair, narrow eyes and a small beard.
Minatozaki Kenzo.
I pulled Mina's wrist. "Who is this?"
"Hmm? Who- Oh." Mina's expression became blank. I could see that she had started to stress. Her hand had started to shake under my grip.
"Who is it? Tell me."
"I-I don't know."
"You're not a good liar yourself Mina. Does he have anything to do with me?" I insisted. The poster says that he died two years ago. I had the accident two years ago. And I had a dream about this guy. He was with me. In a car. But my mother told me that my father abandoned us when I was young.
"Sana, I don't know. There could be millions of Minatozakis though, right?" Mina chuckled, a hint of nervousness evident in her voice.
"That's an awful try Mina." I shook my head and let go of her hand. If Mina wouldn't tell me, and my parents had lied to me, then I only had one choice. One of the most reliable and unreliable sources of information at the same time. The Internet.
------
I locked the door to my room, not wanting anyone to come in and see what I'm up to. Fortunately, my mom had persuaded my dad to buy me a laptop at the beginning of the year, to help me with my studies. I didn't think I'd need it for anything other than delivering assignments. But now, as I typed 'Kenzo Minatozaki' in the search bar, I kept thanking my dad for making this purchase.
Now that I think about it again, my parents never gave me any actual hints considering my life before the accident. They had only told me the things they thought I should know. I tried to shake the thought of my parents lying about my past as I entered a page that supposedly held every information about Kenzo Minatozaki.
