"If I had a gun, I would shoot him directly, that son of a..."

Exclaimed Lauren while she took a sip of her black coffee with milk, extra sugar and strawberry taste. I swear this woman might be applying for Security Management in order to be a bodyguard but sometimes she acts like a 10 year old.

Despite her rough attitude, Lauren was the definition of a good best friend. She always stick by me and Rose no matter what, we might literally rob a bank and she would still give us alibis.

Rose sighed, her cheeks turning red, probably because half of the café turned to look at us because of Lauren's tone.

Rose was aiming to be an article writer, because she really adored writing about clothes or any social events in general. Even so, she was a really shy and in general quiet person. She and Lauren had been my best friends since primary school.

Since, I wasn't born here - not that I remember where I was born and my biological parents - I met them both when I was 10 and found Rose crying because someone was picking on her. I went over to help her but of course, as I kid I was shy and I tried to stand up for her as much as I could.

Lauren must have seen us because she came, screamed at the boy and because he refused to leave us alone, she punched him.
Yep at the age of 10 - guess you could say why the selection in bodyguarding- we all got in major trouble for that but it bonded us and over time we grew closer and closer.

"Lauren.." whispered Rose as her cheeks finally became less reddish

"Please lower your voice..we already attracted much attention."

I chuckled and took a sip of my venti latte as I glanced at Lauren

"I guess. He must be a pain in the butt, especially since he required that you do your internship with this..dude"  I said with a sympathetic smile

Lauren had managed to pass her classes with excellent grades ( In gymnastics, security protocols exam AND had only her internship to complete) however there was this..'experience' where all the future bodyguards had to be assigned to someone and guard them for a 2 years.

If they completed it and managed to keep them safe and satisfied, they would complete the internship and be on the official bodyguard security. Unfortunately for her, she was paired with a freaking multimillionaire who -according to her- was a handful.

"Maybe he isn't as bad as he seems..there are people on the world that have a heart of gold deep down.." said Rose, her attention focused on the table as she exhaled completely frustrated by some coloured papers, she was desperately trying to mark something in a stack of papers.

"Need any help, sweetheart?" Said Lauren as she seemed to have calmed down from two seconds ago and was about to burst out laughing from the very messy paperwork Rose was trying to complete.

"No no, I got it. I am sorry I brought work on our daily café meeting and gossip but..I have to present it at the my Boss by tomorrow morning and..I was too stressed to leave it for later"
