The whole week flew by in the blink of an eye. One second I was at my computer trying to hack into Alessandro's files and the next, I heard my alarm clock go off, and I grab it and throw it on the ground to stop (after five failing attempts to try and close it).
The door opened and I felt someone sit on the bed beside me and let a hand on my back. I grab a pillow and put it on top of my head
"Someone's grumpy." A voice sing-sang
"I mean considering your room is like that, I understand."
"Aphrodite" i said with a sweet voice and placed the pillow away
"Could you please...NOT MAKE ME MORE ANXIOUS THAT I ALREADY AM!?" I yelled and threw my pillow at her, she laughed and stood up
"Still nothing? It's already noon you slept way too much"
"No, not even the slightest. The last thing I managed to do is get in his disk but no matter what I find everything and I mean everything, there is no mention on his mother's name."
It was unfortunately true.
I tried hard the whole week to find something. After a short while I managed to get in his disk, which I can say wasn't terribly difficult if I can be honest, but the thing was that after I searched everywhere - and by that I mean every single file on his computer and even some random other man's - I couldn't find anything.
I managed to find other information which was useless, like for example his father's name or like..his birthday
And all that was on his records or rather on his father's records but that was that The bad side was that I had till 9:00 pm today to go to Alessandro and actually tell him if I did it or not.
The clock was ticking and if am honest I was more anxious than when I had to do a presentation about World War 1 in my history class in front of everyone.
Okay maybe not..
"Hey.." said Aphrodite "How about we go somewhere together or-"
"Listen, A I love you but I need to do this. I want to do this." I looked at her deep in the eyes
"And I will do this today" Aphrodite sighed and smiled a little
"Em, I know we aren't sisters by blood but I want you to know..that you are my sister, blood or not and I am always here for you."
"Maybe I can't help you with hacking because..you know you are so cool and I really admire you." I laughed
"Are you joking? You go with missions with Papa and you kiss ass and I just -" i paused and sat up on the bed to be able to be on the same level as her
"I just sit here and..well go online"
"Do you hear yourself? What you do is incredible, without you we wouldn't be able to do anything"
