I shift a yawn and snuggle closer to Alessandro in bed, his arms wrapping around me more securely.

After the event last night and the mysterious photo, everything took a drastic turn. Media shared the photo everywhere and people from all over the world congratulated us and said that we were 'the cutest!' or that 'they never believed we faked it. Which pretty much summed up our fears.

As for us, we went back home and after a 'make out session' once again we slept on his bedroom. Only slept though because Alessandro made it clear that we would move on the next step only when I was comfortable enough and only when I was sure about it.

So, here we were cuddled up on his bed with the thick blankets covering us. Alessandro was still asleep and if I didn't know him any better I would say he was very peaceful. I don't think he slept too much because he had mentioned he had insomnia once, and I also figured because of our close proximity in Madrid. He woke up with a crack of dawn and now the time marked 9:00 and he still didn't move.

His arms doing the same and stayed wrapped around my waist.

Looking at him, I felt my lips curve up as my hand reached out and pushed a small curle out of his face. In response, he stirred and I insanely felt guilty for waking him up.

Slowly, his eyes opened and when he saw me again, he closed them, relaxing as he let out a small sigh

"Sorry" I said "I didn't mean to wake you..did you sleep well?"

He smiled though his eyes were still closed, his hand moved to my forearm and started to caress it slowly

"Good, having you beside me had me relaxed"

"Really? Aphrodite says I kick in my sleep"

He chuckled "No, not that I could tell at least, you were very quiet"

I allowed my self to breathe. Thank God! If I started kicking or worse, having my nightmares, it would be much more embarrassing.

Then again, I don't think Alessandro would say anything

"All in all, a very successful mission " I said, grabbing my phone from the beside table and scrolling through the numerous articles mentioning our names with a proud smile on my face

"Well, expect from the fact that we lost Enzo..we should have waited for him"
I murmur in regret. We had left too quickly to 'continue where we left off' and we only managed to book Enzo a cab. Whether he understood that something was going on between us, I couldn't tell.

"All in all, a very successful mission" mimicked Alessandro

I groan, nudging his arm
"Don't say that! Enzo is really important and well..he is my friend"

Alessandro didn't seem to care that I hit him, or that I was opposed to his opinion because his focus was on something else.

"What about me?" He urged "what am I?"
