Katara
I couldn't believe it. It's really him. When they finally let go I stepped forward and looked at him. He had changed so much. He was much taller now and looked more mature.
His eyes met mine and we looked at each other for some time.

„Katara"

His voice echoed in my mind and I lunged forward. I embraced him and held him tightly. He put his arms around me and hugged me too. He was taller than me and more muscular now. His robes were so soft. I took in his scent and relaxed into him. Our bodies seemed to fit perfectly together. Suddenly we heard some commotion and we let go of each other.

There was a girl behind him carrying a bag. He walked towards her and helped her with her bag.

„This is Kyiosana. She is from the Northern water tribe." She smiled and introduced herself to Sokka. Aang took some more bags and a woman from the tribe showed him where to put them. I watched them leave, focusing on Aang when I heard something behind me and was startled.

„Hi, I'm Kyiosana." The girl said reaching out her hand to me. Who was she? I mean, I know she just said her name but what was she doing with Aang?

„I'm Katara." I put my thoughts aside and I shook her hand and smiled. We heard a thump and turned around. A man fell from Appas saddle. The girl facepalmed and turned to me again with an annoyed look on her face.

„That's the chief adviser, Poltuq. He is here to help resolve problems between our tribes." She said so confidently. Her left eye was completely white. It's not so noticeable at first because her other eye is a light blue too but that eye was completely white. She was still really pretty though. I didn't know why but she looked familiar in some way. She noticed me staring.

„It's a long story." I snapped out of it.

„Sorry, I didn't mean to stare." I bit my cheek.

„It's okay. It's all in the past now. I was hoping to get a fresh start here." She said looking around our tribe. I smiled at her and we began walking towards the tribe.

„Then I guess I should start showing you around." She smiled and nodded as I began to show her where everything was. The tribe wasn't big so my grand tour only lasted about an hour. The last thing I showed her was the hut where she could stay in.

„And you can stay here." I said walking in and showing her inside. She looked around and sat down on the bed, putting a small bag down too.

„Thanks for showing me around." I smiled and sat down next to her. I cleared my throat and fidgeted with my fingers.

„So, how did you end up with Aang?" I asked her, wanting to sound as nonchalant as possible. She turned to me.

„We met at the Northern water tribe. I was showing him around, just like you showed me. We spent some time together and I asked him if I could come with him here. He agreed and now we're here." She paused for a moment.

„He's the first person I was able to trust in a long time." She said looking down but then she quickly looked back up and smiled.

„He's a great person." She said to me.

„He is, isn't he?" I said with a sad smile. I barely had a chance to see him. Suddenly we heard someone. Gran Gran peeked her head inside the tent.

„Girls, supper is ready." We looked at each other before stepping out. The sun was already starting to slowly set. Gran Gran was stiring up some soup outside where everyone was huddled around and people were getting some soup. We went there and I looked around. He wasn't here. I had a feeling he was avoiding me.
