"Chaewon, you want to help me?" Wonyoung threw her phone on her desk. She and Chaewon were huddled at her desk in their classroom, which was partially empty as there was another 30 minutes before lessons start.

"Help with what?" Chaewon picked up Wonyoung's phone and made a disgusted face. "Uh, would you like me to hurl a bunch of insults at him?"

"No, no, just forget it." Wonyoung sighed and put her phone away, leaving Jaeyong on read.

"He's fvcking obsessed with Rinrin. He needs to touch some grass."

"Nah he needs to be deported to the other side of the Earth."

"Even better. Hm, Sunghoon texted." Chaewon retrieved her phone from her pocket as she felt a buzz. "Oh shit- bye I'm not missing this." She adruptly stood up and quickly rushed out of the classroom.

"Missing what? Hey!" Wonyoung had no choice but to hurriedly follow after her to satisfy her curiosity.

In the hallway where all the lockers were located, Jungwon and his friends had been surrounded by Jaeyong and his followers, backs against the lockers.

"What do you want, Park Jaeyong?" Jungwon sighed, annoyed.

"What's going on between you and Taerin?"

"Uh, many SC meetings, late night calls, studying. Oh yeah, things you don't do."

"You-" He lifted his fist to punch Jungwon, but a harsh yank on his head made him stumble backwards.

"Yah who the fvck!- Taerin."

"Wow, how two-faced." Taerin couldn't bother with the annoying guy and turned to Jungwon. "Are you okay? Is your leg okay?"

"My leg is fine." He softly replied, but this did nothing to calm Taerin down.

"What is wrong with you?!" Taerin turned to shout at Jaeyong, her face turning red. "Like seriously, why are you so butthurt about me hanging out with a guy that you feel the need to make a scene in school trying to look like some alpha dude?! You think that makes you attractive? More desirable? You just look more pathetic! Leave Jungwon alone and stop bothering him. He isn't the one making the choice to reject you, I am. And I'm going to make it very clear, for the last time, I am not interested in you. So please stop creating 10 accounts to spam me on Instagram and Twitter, and through email as well. It's creepy, and very annoying." She then grabbed Jungwon's hand, making him blush a little. "Let's go."

But Jaeyong wasn't done.

"Why would you side with someone who is so poor and whose father doesn't even want?" This made Jungwon freeze up on the spot. Sunghoon's head snapped around so fast that he nearly hit Sunoo in the face. Chaewon's mouth dropped open and she just stared in disbelief.

"The lion, the witch, the audacity of this bitch." Wonyoung muttered.

"You little shit." Sunghoon started charging towards Jaeyong, prompting Sunoo to pull on his blazer with all his might to stop him.

Taerin took a deep breath before letting go of Jungwon's hand and walking right up into Jaeyong's face, a tenacious glare plastered on her reddened face. "What?"

"His father abandoned him, his mother's dead, he has no money. Why would you like someone as pathetic and weak as him?"

"So being able to stand strong despite such unfavourable conditions makes him pathetic and weak? If anything, it makes him the complete opposite. Despite all of that suffering he's endured, he still grew up as a wonderful person, hardworking and diligent, top of the level in studies, president of the school's student council. Despite his family being tattered and in ruins, this is what he achieved. Meanwhile, the only achievement you have is your family's name. You're the weak and pathetic one here. You can't even handle a girl's rejection. If you lived a day in Jungwon's life, you'd crumble. He hasn't for the past 7 to 8 years. That's strength. Admirable strength. You're pathetic and a sore loser. Get a grip. Embarrassing." Taerin sneered before leading Jungwon, who was lost in his own thoughts, looking a little stressed, back to their classroom.
