Dream slumped in the corner of his cell, tapping his foot with impatient frustration. The streams had all ended an hour ago. Now, he was left waiting for Sam, eager to discuss something important. The lava flowed down steadily; Dream perked up, peering over to catch a glimpse of Sam.
"Sam! Finally, what took you so long?" Dream demanded, irritation evident in his voice.
"Apologies, I was caught up with something." Sam replied, making his way over the lava.
Dream let out a weary sigh, getting up and walking towards the front of the cell. Sam walked off the platform, careful to not fall into the pit of lava below. Dream was covered in dried blood, perhaps from Quackity.
"Quackity sure did a number on you this lore stream, huh?" Sam began to work, pouring a little bit of his healing potion onto Dream's arm. Sam was the warden, responsible for overseeing all the prisoners, ensuring security, managing daily routines, and maintaining order within the prison. Sam wore gleaming gold armor, and like Dream, he also owned a mask. However, his mask depicted the face of a Creeper, an annoying mob from Minecraft. To top it all off, he wore a golden crown set with a single, striking ruby at its center; A brilliant red complimenting his green.
Dream, on the other hand, wore a prisoner's uniform paired with a mask etched with a permanent, unsettling smile. The mask was a bit cracked but no worries, it can be fixed easily. Blood had soaked through the uniform and dried over the past hour, creating stubborn stains that would be difficult to clean.
"I have to show you something, Sam. It's going to be apart of your next lore stream." Dream explained, pointing somewhere in the distance. Sam nodded slowly and made his way onto the hovering structure, waiting for Dream to hop on as well.
"Make sure to move with it." Sam warned Dream once he hopped on. Obviously Dream knew that, they had made Pandora's Vault together off camera. It was like their little baby, both Dream and Sam knew everything about the mechanics. Yet, Dream didn't follow the instructions.
"W..Woah!" Dream stumbled, falling into the pit of lava below. Sam facepalmed, still walking with the platform. By the time he reached the end and now was on the opposite side of the cell, he was expecting Dream to respawn back, but he wasn't there. Everyone respawns, the three life thing was only for the lore. This was Minecraft, no matter how much they tried they would always respawn. Death is like a joke here, maybe he got stuck in the title screen? Sam checked his communicator, odd, it didn't say Dream died from lava.

Splash! Dream plunged into the lava. He shut his eyes tight to prevent any lava flowing in. Frantically, he struggled to swim toward the surface, the searing heat melting his skin. In his mind he knew he would respawn back, but the pain was unbearable. '5 hearts, 4 hearts, 3 hearts, 2 hearts, 1 heart, half a heart!' Dream watched as his health drained and his air bubbles pop. Finally, he gasped for air, coughing up some water in the process. When did the prison have water?
Dream opened his eyes, blinking as he adjusted to the unfamiliar light. Glancing around, he realized he was no longer in Pandora's Vault. He wildly whipped his head around in all directions, confusion engraved onto his face. Quickly, he fixed up his mask and stood up, brushing off some sand on his pants. Was he on a beach? His respawn point was definitely set in the prison. His clothes and skin appeared unscathed, as if the earlier swim in lava had never happened. However, he was drenched from head to toe.
"Eat this!"
