"Sorry for the sudden upload. I have to go out on Sunday tomorrow, and I know you all have been waiting for the chapter. Even if you weren't, I had to control myself because I was so eager to upload it. Here is the second chapter. Enjoy!"

-------------------------------------------------------------

It's the month of August , and if my memory serves me right, we don't know the date the monsters were shown. I'm absolutely terrified because no matter how I look at it, the situation only gets scarier...

How am I supposed to survive a monster breakout when I don't even know how to protect myself from... myself? Should I consider moving to another country? But my bank account is almost empty. I can tell because these things align with my real-world information—my name, age, birthday, passwords, and so on...

It feels overwhelming, like everything is closing in on me.

With a sigh, I lean back against the bed, closing my eyes briefly to gather my thoughts. My mind races with scenarios—should I reach out to someone for help? Should I stock up on supplies?

As darkness settles outside my window, I make a silent promise to myself. that no matter what unfolds, I will hold onto hope. Perhaps I can subtly influence the paths of those around me, gently nudging their destinies to shield them from harm.

But with each hour that passes, the countdown to the fateful day only heightens my sense of uncertainty.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Opening my eyes, I heaved a sigh of resignation. Nothing had changed. I was still in a place that others dream of, but now it was my reality. Getting off the bed  I entered the bathroom ,after freshening up, I started to roam around . As I walked around, I bumped into the lady who's always with her dog. I saw them often in the show, but her name slips my mind—I only remember her dog's name, Bom.

"Hi you are the one who shifted in 812 ,right?" I flinched as she suddenly asked me ."Um, hi... Yes, I moved into 812," I stuttered, caught off guard by her sudden question. I wasn't entirely sure which room number I was in, but she seemed so confident. She was the one who knew everything about this building.

"Ah, I was right then. Bom, look!" She said distractedly, fussing over her dog. I tried to edge past her, but she stopped me again.

"Sorry, forgot to introduce myself. I'm Kim Gook-hee. Nice to meet you," she said warmly.

"Nice to meet you too," I replied quietly. "I'm Y/N."

After studying me for a moment, she added, "You seem to be in a hurry. I won't keep you."

Thinking she might have taken offense, I quickly apologized. "Oh, no, it's not that. I'm just running late today." I gave a small bow and hurried away.

3rd POV

As Y/N hurried away, Gook-hee gave her a curious stare. "She seemed... odd, didn't she, Bom?" she mused, looking down at her dog. Bom barked in response, as if agreeing . Gook-hee shrugged and continued on her way, chatting animatedly with her dog, who barked along as if understanding every word.

As Y/N looked back, she appeared shocked. No matter how much she wanted to grasp reality, she couldn't bring herself to accept it.

Wanting to reach the 1st floor where the shops were, Y/N stood waiting for the elevator. To her left, she heard a noise and turned to see Im Myung-sook, the woman she remembered from the show and the scene she had cried over.
