Eun-hyeok and Han Do-shik had just entered the parking lot, now cleared of any lurking monsters, to check cars. The discovery that the area was now safe had led to a rush of survivors sneaking out to retrieve the long-awaited parcels. They had all been caught, of course, by Eun-hyeok, who firmly reminded them to be careful next time. Despite the slight scolding, everyone was in high spirits as they gathered the packages and brought them back to the daycare.

The lady with the dog had taken charge of distributing the parcels, reading out names and handing each package to its rightful owner. But as she worked through the pile, four parcels remained by her side, untouched. Ryu Jae-hwan, noticing this, took one of the parcels and asked why she was keeping them to herself. He read out the name on the package, "Nam Sang-woon."

The name echoed through the room, and in that instant, the atmosphere shifted. The lady with the dog responded quietly, "It's for the dead fiancée of Yi-kyung." Her words were almost drowned out by the noise, but they reached the ears of the one person who mattered most.

Yi-kyung, who had been passing by the doorway, froze as the name of her deceased fiancée was mentioned. Her hand instinctively went to her stomach, where her child was growing.

You, who had been napping in a nearby chair, stirred as you heard the name Nam Sang-woon. Your gaze darted to Yi-kyung, who stood at the door with her hands on her stomach and an unreadable expression on her face. Your eyes met, and Yi-kyung sucked in a deep breath, walking away from there.

You watched her go, feeling a pang of worry deep in your chest. You had grown attached to everyone here, especially to Yi-kyung, whose strength and resilience you admired.

As you stood up, you found yourself caught in a moment of indecision. You debated whether to give Yi-kyung the space she might need or to follow her and offer some comfort. You had seen too many situations in shows where people were given space, only for things to spiral out of control. And so, despite your hesitation, you made the decision to go after Yi-kyung, hoping that your presence might bring some comfort.

Yi-kyung found herself in a dimly lit, isolated spot, where the shadows seemed to match the heaviness in her heart. She sat down, her thoughts swirling around the child growing inside her. The very thought of it felt like a thorn in her side. What if this child became an obstacle between her and you? What if you couldn't accept her because of it? The uncertainty gnawed at her, making her feel more alone than ever.

Suddenly, the sound of footsteps broke through her thoughts. She looked up and saw you standing there, concern etched on your face. You crouched down beside her, your eyes searching Yi-kyung's for any sign of what was troubling her. "Are you alright?" you asked gently.

Yi-kyung nodded but quickly looked down, unable to meet your gaze. Her emotions were too raw, too vulnerable. But then, she felt your hand gently holding hers. You started speaking, your voice soft and comforting, telling her that no matter how hard things got, she shouldn't give up—on herself or on her child.

Yi-kyung's eyes widened in shock. "You knew I was pregnant?" she asked, her voice trembling with surprise.

You hesitated for a moment before nodding. "I overheard you talking with Mrs. Ahn," you said softly. "But no matter what happens, I'll always be here for you, Yi-kyung. I'll help you through this, and maybe... if you'll allow it, I could be the godmother of your child," you added with a light-hearted smile, trying to lift the mood.

But Yi-kyung's expression remained serious, her eyes locking onto yours. "You can be the mother too if you want," she said, her voice calm yet filled with a deep, unspoken desire.
