I could feel myself in a moving car, that's the first thing I could feel after gaining consciousness. My head seemed to be on something soft, but I didn't know because my eyes were still closed.

"Are you awake?" Eun-hyeok's calm voice asked me, and my eyes flew open.

Sitting up, I saw that I was in a vehicle with survivors. My eyes went to Eun-hyeok, who sat there looking at me, waiting for me to figure things out. He was here, he hadn't hidden, and I looked behind to see Yi-kyung, whose eyes were closed, probably sleeping. She was here too; she didn't go to find her husband, and that's cool—let that bastard go.

A few of the survivors who had died in season 1 were here too. So a lot of us survived. I looked around to find Hyun-su.

"He's unconscious in the front seat," Eun-hyeok said, and I sat beside him, keeping my head on the back wall, but Eun-hyeok tilted my head to lay on his shoulder. I was shocked, but then got comfortable.

3rd POV

They both sat in silence. You didn't have anything to talk about because he was just intimidating, and he remained silent.

"A lot happened, right?" He asked while looking ahead. You hummed, not knowing what to say. There was silence again for a long time, and you started feeling sleepy again, so you tried to start a conversation.

"Any idea what we are going to do next?" His eyes turned to you, and you turned your face toward him when you didn't hear him answer the question. You gasped when you realized your faces were so close but couldn't move back as his gaze held you.

You blinked, not knowing what to do next, and he nodded. He didn't seem to be affected much, as he didn't move back, and for some reason, you also didn't want to break the eye contact.

"We are going to the survivor camp set by the military," he said, still in the same position. You could feel his hot breath fanning your face, and you gulped.

"We don't know if the camp is safe or not, so is it okay to go there?" You remembered all the bloodshed in the camp and were sure you didn't want to die like that. Silence followed again.

Your gaze fell on his lips, which were slightly pink and glossy. You started thinking about how someone could have such lips even after everything that happened. Eun-hyeok didn't show it, but he was feeling dizzy, the reason being you so close to him. The car jumped a little, causing you to shift even closer to him, and his breath quickened.

Throughout the Green Home incident, he had watched each of them get a taste of your lips and felt envious of them. He couldn't do anything because he also had to focus on surviving and saving everyone, including you.

It was as if everything had stilled, and only the two of you existed. His nose touched yours, and he could feel himself leaning in, knowing that you wouldn't move back.

His lips touched yours silently, and you could feel your eyes widen slightly, but then you closed them.

It wasn't much—just your lips resting on his. You didn't know what to do and just stayed like that. A throat clearing caused you to flinch, back away, and look to the other side.

Eun-hyeok closed his eyes in irritation but sat back straight and looked ahead.

Yi-kyung sat at the front of the line, her dark gaze on both of you, but you were facing the other way, so you didn't see it. She called Eun-hyeok to discuss something, so he switched places with his sister.
