5-Weird staring.

Third person pov:

Ever since that night of Hyein forcing Haerin to play with them, she's been forcing Haerin to even sit with them whenever Kazuha was busy.

One thing Minji has noticed about this is that Haerin is staring at her most of the time, and it creeps her out.

So when they had break time and they sat in the cafeteria, Minji again noticed Haerin staring at her, so she told Hyein in another way.

Minji sighed and had to deal with the glances for the rest of the break. "Min, i you haven't talked alot is everything alright?" Hanni asked, worried for her.

"I'm alright just thinking about something." Minji replied trying to shake off the uneasy feeling. Hanni shrugged and went back to communicating with the table.

Minji decided to see if Haerin was still staring at her, and she was staring at her book. 'Seriously, if she is staring at me and is hiding it, she's hella slick.' Minji thought and went back to eating her food.

Haerin looked up at Minji again and looked back down at her book, taking a bite of her sushi. While Hyein was as loud as she could be. 'Why am I sitting next to my sister again?' Haerin thought.

The bell rang, and both Haerin and Minji wanted to get away from different people, so they were first to get up. Minji took a glance at Haerin and left because that's all she wanted to do ever since she came to the table.

Both Danielle and Hanni were surprised. 'Is there tension between or what?' They both thought. Hyein was too busy playing roblox because roblox is life in her opinion.

Danielle tapped Hyeins shoulder to get her attention, and it didn't work, so Hannj whispered in Danielle's ear something mischievous. "I have a pretty good way to make her stop" Hanni said.

Suddenly, Hanni dragged Hyeins arm, taking her phone and running away to their next class. "Pham!" Hyein shouted, running after her while Danielle was trying her best to follow them.

Minji pov:

We were all settled in the classroom while Miss Jennie was telling peoples seatmates. I was praying that I would not have to sit next to Kang Haerin.

Kang Haerin is weird.

Miss Jennie finally reached my name. "Kim Minji and Kang Haerin." God, why? What in the world did I do for this..

Haerin got up to sit next to me, and I just wanted to dash out of the room. Please don't tell me she's going to be staring at me for the lesson.

While our English teacher was teaching grammar and all, I looked at Haerin to find her invested in her work. I held in a sigh of relief and went back to my work.

The rest of the class went well, probably because a cat-probably-reincarnated-as-a-human wasn't staring at me.

Is it bad for a student body council or president to be this judgemental over a high achiever? Probably.

Suddenly, the bell rang, signaling that the class was over, so both me and Haerin walked to our next class. Neither of us was trying to start a conversation.

Luckily for me, it was a comfortable type of quietness. We reached Physics, which Mrs, Shin teaches. We all sat in our respective seats and started listening to the teacher.

---Meanwhile---

Haerin Pov:

For physics class, I sat next to Kazuha, who was trying to understand all this information. "Need a little help?" I asked Kazuha, who nodded frantically.

"Yes, I'm begging you, this is literally me as a child learning division..." Kazuha used a reference, interesting choice, but alright.

"Kazuha and Haerin, no talking during the lecture!" Ms, Shin ratted us out, and we listened to her until the end of the class.

During the lecture, I saw Kazuha looking so lost. How did she pass with good marks the hell..?

After the lecture, I stayed with Kazuha to explain her the lesson, making her understand every bit. I'm glad I didn't have to join Hyein for lunch today.

---During Lunch---
Third person pov:

"Hyein, I'm telling you she does stare at me!" Minji complained. "I did not see it. Therefore, I do not believe it." Hyein claimed "Hyein reason with me here!" Minji replied

Hyein and Minji were going back and forth while Danielle and Hanni were chatting about working at the new area that opened up near their neighbourhood.

"Dani, let's go to it after school!" Hanni suggested. "I mean, I don't have anything to do so sure!" Danielle agreed.

Danielle and Hanni were having a nice conversation while Hyein and Minji were gonna have a warzone.

"Hyein, just believe me!"No, I did not see it." "Seriously you don't trust me?" "Mhm." "Favouritism between them and me wow..." Minji said, and Hyein gave her such a death glare, but she only looked like an angry baby to Minji, who smiled.

"What are you smiling for idiot!" Hyein said angrily. "Because you don't look intimidating at all." "Yes, I do!" "Not at all." Minji chuckled, which made the baby tree sadder.

"No, I don't!" Hyein huffed, crossing her arms and turning her head away from Minji looking like a sad child. "Ok, I'm sorry, you baby tree..~" Minji stood up next to Hyein caressing her shoulder.

"Hey Minnn..!" Hyein pushed Minji away  taking her words as an insult. "Tsk ask you have no manners child.." Minji kept teasing her. "Minji, I'm a teen, not a baby!" Hyein puffed angrily.

"Ok, I think you should stop teasing her before she turns into a demon.." Danielle claimed which gained daughters from Hanni and Minji. "You guys are such bullies!" Hyein wanted to insult them but not openly.

"It's okay, you little baby.." Hanni joined in the teasing. "Hanni, not you too!" Hyein groaned. "Don't worry, it's okayy.. Don't cry.." Minji added. "Fuck you all!" Hyein really wanted to add more to that.

"Child no swearing that's bad!" Danielle lectured her jokingly. "Danielle have some mercy on me don't do this!" Hyein complained.

"You should've believed me Hyeinnie..!" Minji told her still in her baby teasing voice. "Why are you all not normal?!" Hyein groaned again.

The three of them laughed. Hyein didn't find this funny at all. "Hey this isn't funny you idiots!" Hyein hit Minji on her head. "Oww..." Minji rubbed her head.

"Why did you only hit me?!" "Cause I wanted to." "Mood!" "Annoying!" "Quiet." Minji told her. "Why?" "Cause I'm older!" "Hey you can't powerplay!" "Who said?" They were again going back and forth.

Hanni and Daniells should have brought popcorn, they well the next time they see these two together. "Ok ok no fighting!" Danielle stopped them.

"Unless she believes me then I will!" "In your dreams!" "Bully!" "Grandma!" "I am not old!" "Yes you are!" They continued again.

Hanni was enjoying the view, Minji and Hyein bickering, and Danielle trying to stop them like a mom. Maybe Danielle is the most responsible one here.

"You guys will kill each other stop it oh my god!" Danielle tried stopping them again by separating them again.

"That tree won't listen!" "Hey I am not a tree it's not my fault you failed in genetics!" "Excuse me your horrendously tall!" "Not an excuse." Hyein retorted. Danielle sighed, this will be a long day for her to try and stop them.
