C13-Double or Nothing

It was just another day for the citizens of Adventure Bay, a nice Saturday where people would be able to relax and take on work for the day. However, Rocky and Zuma both had different plans for their Saturday. It was a big day for the two pups as they were getting ready for their double date.

Skye and Everest were both at Katie's pet parlor also to get ready for their dates as well.

"Are you excited to go out for our dates Everest?" Skye asked the lavender fur husky.

"Yeah, this will be super duper fun!" Everest said as she jumped in excitement.

"I know right, I can't believe Zuma asked me out on a date."

"I know I can't believe Rocky asked me out either, I thought for sure Marshall would've until...actually never mind."

"Never mind what?"

"I-It's nothing."

"Well obviously it's something, you were just super happy for our date tonight, then you brought up Marshall and now you're all of a sudden so sad?"

"I-It's just that...ugh I'll tell you later," Everest said, Skye was worried sick about her best friend. One minute she was super excited for today, and then she brought up Marshall and now all of a sudden she got all sulky.

"Ok, but I just want to let you know that I'm here for you Everest, and if you need someone to talk to... you can always trust me."

"Thanks Skye, let's go get ready for our date tonight,"

*At Zuma's pup house*

"I can't wait for our dates tonight dude," Zuma said.

"Same here, I can't believe we fooled Marshall and Chase that easily," Rocky said while laughing.

"Right, they're idiots, and they really thought they had a chance with their crushes."

"Does this suit look good on me," Rocky asked curiously.

"Dude you look great," Zuma said, Rocky was wearing a nice black tux that had a green tie. Just to be extra, he also had a green flower in his suit to make it look more "fancy".

"To be honest, it feels like we're dressing up too much," Rocky said to the lab. Zuma had basically everything Rocky had just except in orange.

"It's normal for people to dress up like this for a date. Especially for the people they love and want to be with for the rest of their lives," The water pup said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right."

"I know I am, now c'mon, let's go and see our beautiful future wives."

"You got that right," The mixed breed said with an evil expression on his face.

Rocky had a hard time believing that he was finally getting to go out on a date with the Husky he had been crushing on for years now. He still couldn't believe that Everest believed him when he said that Marshall was talking bad about Everest.

Rocky had to admit, that if someone told him that Marshall was talking bad about someone behind their back, Rocky wouldn't believe it in a million years. Marshall was the nicest pup in the world. But he didn't care.

"Nice guys, never win. They have to learn that the hard way."

The clock struck at six O'clock and four pups were now meeting each other to go out on their dates. They all met each other right outside of Mr. Porters and got ready for a fun-filled date ahead.
