Upon arriving in front of Mingyu's house, neither of them wanted to let go of their linked hands. They wished their date could last longer than this, even though the couple had already spent each minute of today being together. Who could blame them though, the men just confessed their feelings; fresh into the relationship. They would want to stick together, hip to hip.
"We're here." Wonwoo said
"Do you want to come inside for a moment?" Mingyu offered since the older had sent him home.
"Then, I probably won't go home." Wonwoo answered, raising his eyebrow jokingly, "Do you want that?"
"N-no." Mingyu quickly explained, "I meant we're already had a sleepover yesterday and we have work tomorrow, so it would be better if you go home."
"Aww, I'm going to miss you." Wonwoo engulfed his boyfriend in a hug.
"Don't miss me too much, hyung." Mingyu giggled into his hyung's neck, swinging their body side to side, "We'll meet each other tomorrow."
In the middle of their heartfelt section, the rustling sound from behind them interrupted. The boyfriends jolted and looked toward the source of the noise.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Chan showed the plastic bag and smiled apologetically to the couple, "I'm going to take out this trash. Please, ignore my presence."
The duo released from each other's embrace,
"It's okay," Wonwoo assured, "I was going home anyway. Your hyung chased me away."
"Hyung," Mingyu hit Wonwoo in the chest out of habit, blinking rapidly at the accusation, "I did not."
"You said it would be better if I go home."
"Because we'll have work tomorrow, hyung. You don't have to rush from my house to your house to change then go to the company afterward. I just saved your extra bedtime."
Chan laughed at the chaotic duo bickering, "Enjoy your sweet time, hyung. I'm going to throw this away." he needed to round the corner as the garbage truck was usually there at this time.
"Hyung, you should go. It's getting late."
"Your hand said otherwise though." Wonwoo pointed to their intervened hands which Mingyu held tightly.
Mingyu unwillingly released his hand, and immediately felt the coldness from the weather. He didn't realize that the temperature at night was this cold when they still linked their hands. He already missed Wonwoo's warmth.
Wonwoo extended his hands to cup the younger's cheeks, lovingly stroking them with his thumbs. Mingyu leaned into the touch, he was so down bad for physical touch.
"Would you give hyung a kiss, darling?" he repeated his actions
"Sure." Mingyu breathed.
The younger snaked his hands upward and locked it behind his boyfriend's neck, as he launched forward to capture those slightly chipped lips. After their lips fully collided, Mingyu let out a blissful sigh, relaxing his body for his hyung to take control. His hand gently caressed the little hair on Wonwoo's nape with the older man pulling him closer by his waist and running his hand intensively. They broke their kiss shortly after, a string of saliva in between.
"Thank you, baby."
Their forehead touched each other, Wonwoo dabbed the pad of his finger softly at the corner of Mingyu's lips, removing their saliva.
"Thank you for showing me that someone as old as me could have someone as sweet as you as a boyfriend. I am so grateful for your existence, even more grateful to your mother for giving birth to a beautiful and thoughtful child." He rested his hand there, "You are the best gift that I have received in this new year and I would not trade for anything."
