Day 96:

Waking up for the first time in our new room felt so good! I had a great night's sleep.

1st day of training in the big leagues. Well, not exactly big, but you get what I mean.

Making sure everything's set. Everything's gonna be great!

I think.

I'm writing this part right now at 7:20am while eating ramen for breakfast.

This makes me wonder:
How are things happening this quick? (I've asked this question before. Don't call me out for that.)

3 months ago felt like a day.

Zoe told me that she's still working on finding my brother. This still concerns me. Time moves so quick that I couldn't even think about what happened to my brother. I still hope that he's okay. Wherever he is.

Well... I'll update this log later.

I'm back. Let's see what's been going on in this new schedule.

Ah... 2-hour Swim Practice. I guess it's normal for them to have a morning swim. Walking into the pool room, a.k.a. the entire 3rd floor, it was more quieter. The Top 50 sure is more serious in what they do.

The pool we were in was way deeper, and we were tasked to retrieve heavy objects from the bottom of the pool. This meant that deeper breaths were required, and that we were supposed to hold them for longer than usual. It scares me, but it's okay, I guess. Lung control is important.

Speaking of which, Ryder was also there. She wore a serious face, ignoring everybody. She looked, sad. I've never seen her this sad. I only heard her cry. Seeing her like this face to face was a little difficult, especially after what happened at Hallo-teen.

A little while after the class ended, brunch, or should I say lunch happened. I don't really know why they say brunch in the schedule. Before I went to lunch, I took a quick bath in my room, and then changed into my training uniform. That's when I finally went to the cafeteria. I sat down to an empty table. I guess Amanda already finished lunch after my bath. Unexpectedly, Demeter sat towards me. And guess who was also in the same table. You already know who.

"Hey, Taylor."

"Hi, Dem."

"How's your throat?"

"Still raspy, but it's already healing pretty quick."

"Did the boss let you?"

"Let me do what?"

"Let you and Amanda move into one room."

"Yep."

"Nice!"

"𝑾𝒂𝒊𝒕, 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒅?" I heard Ryder speak for the first time since Tuesday.

"Yes, Ryder."

"𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒑 20?" She looked at me with surprise.

"You didn't know?"

"𝑰 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅. 𝑺𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒚."

"Anyway, how's your injuries?"

"𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚'𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚 𝒏𝒐𝒘, 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈."

"About last Tuesday, I'm so-"

"𝑳𝒆𝒕'𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒕, 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒘𝒆?"

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry." I mumbled.
