12. Conflicted

Jungkook couldn't stop himself from getting annoyed as he watched Jin sloppily walk on his way to his apartment's door. The Guide had too much drinks when the two of them went to a samgyeopsal grill and had some soju together.

He then shouted and rushed to Jin when the latter almost tripped, "Tchh! Why did you drink a lot when you are this lightweight?!!! Aisshh." He helped him to stand up properly while he clicked his tongue in annoyance. "I didn't even get to drink much because I'm worried that I might need to look after you so I had to be sober!"

But Jin just chuckled softly, he then said while attempting to input his passcode onto his door, "I'm okayyy. It's been a while s-sssince I had a drink. Hic* hic* and it's fun to drink with you, Esssper Jeonnn!"

Jungkook scoffed but he slightly smiled, "Really? You had fun spending time with me?! Coz I had lots of fun too. I didn't know that you get so talkative when drunk."

It wasn't often for the Esper to go on a dinner and have drinks with friends because he's always just in the company, working with the others. Though they get together sometimes on special occasions, it was still the first time Jungkook felt like a normal person - eating at a normal grilling place and drinking cheap soju from normal shot glasses. So he was feeling joyful inside too.

"I wasn't talkative. You're just not talking that much. Hmmmm.."

"What is it?!"

"What is my passcode again??"

"Aishh.. just put your thumb here, Guide Seokjin!"

When Jungkook pressed Jin's thumb on the pad, the door clicked and suddenly opened. And since Jin was leaning on it, he shouted as he almost fell when he entered, but a gush of wind held him up and pushed him against the wall.

"W-what--"

The Esper let out an annoyed sigh - then he stood in front of Jin, pressing his palm against the wall to enclose the latter within his arm, while his other hand caressed Jin's cheek.

He then scanned Jin's face - already flustered, blushing bright pink. His eyes then went to Jin's lips, which were so moist as the latter kept on biting and licking on them.

The Esper then said in his calm tone, "Yah, Guide Seokjin, you are so clumsy! You better not drink with anyone else but me, hmm?"

"W-why?!"

"Because you look really cute and irresistible right now-- and you can't be looking like this in front of someone else. Otherwise, I'll kill them. Is that clear?!"

Jin just pouted and blinked a few times, "Huh?"

"Tch!! I should've put this on your contract with me, had I known that you get drunk looking like this. I have to ask Hoseok-hyung to amend that tomorrow and add this!"

"Hic* hic* E-esper Jeon.." Jin spoke calmly despite his hiccups, he stared back at the Esper's eyes intently - his hands were placed at Jungkook's chest as he spoke, "I don't even know if it's right that I'm spending time with y-you."

"What do you mean?! Of course, you should always stick with me. I'm your Esper!"

Jin nodded a bit, "Y-yeah. You're my Esper. I-- I should always guide you, right?! Like this--" Jin quickly leaned in to capture Jungkook's lips, which the latter gladly welcomed.

The Esper's hand traveled behind Jin's neck so he could pull his head and make their kiss deeper.

Jin's fists unconsciously gripped tight on Jungkook's shirt, so he was able to feel the Esper's toned chest which gave his mind more desire to keep their passionate kiss go longer.
