Octavia had insisted Clarke join them for Christmas Eve, but she'd already made the decision to not fly home because she'd rather skip this entire holiday season altogether this year. Her dad was super bummed, and made her promise to make a trip home soon to visit.
Once she heard from Octavia that Lexa had declined coming over, instead inviting her because now Raven would be coming with Anya, it somehow felt like that was all Clarke wanted as well was to just stay home.

Lexa has everything she needs for the next 48hrs of not leaving her house. All of her candles around the living room were lit, her heavy knitted weighted blanket almost feels like someone laying on top of her, and the first Harry Potter movie is all queued up.
She'd ordered several pizzas from her favorite spot the day before, counting on the leftovers to get her through these few days everywhere will be closed. She splurged on an array of sweets and desserts as well, assuring herself she'll make up for it by doubling her workouts at the start of the new year.
