(Noriko's pov)

"Thanks a bunch Hina-chan!" I sighed happily as I stretched in the new room I'd be staying in for the next 2 days. Hinata had picked me up from the hospital and I asked her family if I could stay in their quiet abode.

"I-It's no problem. My F-Father approvesof  you as my f-friend so he happily allowed it" Hinata smiled shyly. I smiled and thanked her again.

"I'll be staying with you today in case you need anything. I'll be walking around the house" she informed me. She then left saying she had to do her chores. I sighed as I walked to my window and looked out.

Their house looked over the city and was on the mountain.

Hinata's family actually stayed in their family temple. I came over two summers ago to help re-paint it although we had more of a paint war because of me but nevertheless the hob got done.

'Two days to myself huh? I wonder what the guys will do without me. God what if they start a war?' I asked myself and the images of an all war happening came to my mind.

"Gah! I need to rest!" I scolded myself as I tried to shake myself of worry. I went and sat on my bed and began to close my eyes. But even more images of Sasuke or Gaara creating a war showed up and my eyes snapped open while twitching a bit.

"I'm never going to relax" I groaned to myself loudly.

(3rd pov)

"It's too quiet," Neji muttered as he looked around the class as well as the other basketball boys. "It's because Nori isn't here anymore. "Shikamaru sighed. In truth, he actually missed the girl's loud mouth too.

"Man now I have no one to do pranks with!" Naruto whined. "This is one weird ass day. Tomorrow will be Nori's skating day but no Nori" Temari spoke with a frown as she crossed her arms.

"Where is she anyways? I went to the hospital and she was already gone." Kiba asked with a raised eyebrow. "She's resting at the Hyuuga residents, dog boy" Sasuke spoke as he sat down at their lunch table.

"Tch of course Uchiha knows." Kiba scoffed. "Perhaps that is what Hinata's father was talking about," Neji spoke up as he thought to himself.

"Hn, of course I'd know idiot" Sasuke said to the glaring Kiba as he bit into an apple. "Hey Temari where's Gaara?" Naruto asked looking around. "He's out, he's got a fever" she sighed as she slurped on her milk.

"Seems like everyone's under the weather" Choji muttered. Everyone simultaneously sighed.

And the day went on like that. Boring. No teachers yelling for the troublesome girl, no fan girls running with their tails behind their legs, not even a complaint about Naruto and Noriko pulling off another prank.

Even the teachers admitted the day was pretty...normal. After so long of having to be on their toes it was almost alien for them not to have to yell at someone.

But back at the Hyuuga house, Noriko was exploring to her hearts content, unable to rest. The temple was a traditionally built Japanese temple with a huge courtyard entrance In the front.

There were trees surrounding everywhere and beyond on that was the city.

Noriko sighed seeing that there was almost nothing interesting to do till she finally saw something in peculiar. She walked into a room and smiled when she saw a guitar sitting there. She walked up to the instrument and gripped it in her hands.

She sat down on the ground as she picked the chords seeing it was a bit out of tune till she fixed it and it sounded beautiful. She then mindlessly began to strum the strings as her fingers moved. She closed her eyes and began to hum a tone before singing with the instrument.

When she finished she heard clapping causing her to yelp and jump a bit. She looked to see Hinata by the door. "S-Sorry I didn't mean t-to scare you" she stuttered apologetically.

Nori let out a sigh as she held her chest. "It's fine. Damn you'd be a really good Ninja," Nori said a bit breathlessly. Hinata giggled, walking over to the sitting Nori and sat on her knees in front of her.

"I d-didn't know you played, Nori-chan" she said smiling at Nori. "Ah, well I don't play that much" She responded, placing the guitar to the side. "W-Why not?" Hinata asked.

"Well I've never performed in front of anyone so I never knew if I was good. Plus I never had enough money to even afford an instrument I just learned how to play when I was younger or fluked the tune." Nori said honestly with a sad smile.

"Play for me." Hinata asked eagerly without a stutter. "Hey Hina-chan you didn't stutter." Nori exclaimed. Hinata blushed slightly and looked down.

"D-Doesn't matter. P-please play." Hinata asked again with the same small blush. Nori grinned deviously a bit before taking the guitar back off the wall. "All right, but after you have to call me Nori and not stutter in front of me" Nori ordered.

"I-I can't help it though!" Hinata said desperately but Nori looked away waiting for her to agree. Hinata sighed as she hesitantly agreed to the bet.

Nori smiled then let out a small chuckle. "Alright then" she said as she began to strum the strings and play another song.

When she finished Hinata instantly began to clap as her face brightened up like a little child.

"Th-That was amazing Nori-chan!" She beamed. Nori chuckled as she put the guitar to the side again as she looked at Hinata. "Don't you think something is wrong with what you said?" she asked.

Hinata blushed as she looked down. "That...was amazing...Nori..." Hinata repeated slowly.

Nori laughed as she gave a small nod in satisfaction before standing up. "C'mon Hina-chan! Let's go eat some lunch." She offered. Hinata smiled as she took her hand and the two girls exited the old room.

The guitar sat in the corner of the room still ringing from the chords Nori played as it stayed in the small ray of sunlight.
