(Look who's back!)

.- --. .- .. -.

Thea had calmed down significantly when Frank stumbled past her door and told them to come upstairs. If he thought anything of Thea in Piper's embrace, he didn't voice it.

She didn't really want to go up in the harsh sunlight and face Jason and Leo, but Piper reasoned it was important. They were on a quest after all.

Now, Thea truthfully did not know what part of the quest they were on. Something about something someone had said? Persephone had kind of kidnapped her from the situation and now she had to read clues to figure out where Frank had been and with who.

She didn't let go of Piper's hand the whole way up. She was afraid if she did someone would come between and it would all be proven to be another nightmare sent by Gaea to drive her to madness.

Percy and Hedge lay on the deck, looking exhausted. Hedge was missing his shoes. He grinned at the sky, muttering, "Awesome. Awesome."
Percy was covered with nicks and scratches, like he'd jumped through a window. At least she knew who had been on mini-questing.

The son of Poseidon didn't say anything, but he grasped Annabeth's hand weakly as if to say, 'Be right with you, as soon as the world stops spinning'.
Leo and Jason, who'd been eating in the mess hall, came rushing up the stairs.

"What? What?" Leo cried, holding a half-eaten grilled cheese sandwich. "Can't a guy even take a lunch break? What's wrong?"

"Followed!" Frank yelled, giving no more context.

"Followed by what?" Jason asked, his eyes roaming the sky as he stood slightly in front of Leo.

"I don't know!" Frank panted. "Whales? Sea monsters? Maybe Kate and Porky!"

"I'm assuming they are like... bad guys?" Thea asked. She was relieved to see that most of the crew looked just as confused as she felt.

"That makes absolutely no sense," Annabeth said, confirming the observation. "Leo, you'd better get us out of here."

Leo put his sandwich between his teeth, pirate style, and ran for the helm, leaving a frowning Jason standing by himself. He kept giving sorry glances her way, and Thea wasn't sure what to make of them.

But soon the Argo II was rising into the sky. No meetings were arranged at first, as Frank, Percy, and the coach were still struggling with learning how to breathe. Jason tried approaching Piper and herself, but the daughter of Aphrodite shook her head and motioned for him to go somewhere else (he didn't leave the deck), shortly followed by an unstable Percy Jackson.
