The four of us watched out the window as the ambulance picked up our neighbor and drove off. Summer, Morty and I are upset about what happened, but Rick appears to be indifferent.

"God, I feel terrible." Summer said, looking away from the window as she put a hand on her chest. Rick turned around to face her, putting his hands behind his back.

"Yup. It really makes you appreciate how fickle the universe can be." He said to her as he walked into the kitchen. My siblings and I looked at each other before following him. Rick opened up the fridge as he continued, "One minute you're falling off a roof for six months, the next minute, BAM!" Rick said before shutting the fridge door after pulling out a can of beer. Morty cleared his throat before speaking up to Rick as he rummaged through one of the top cabinets.

"Um, just to be clear, it was Summer's job to put the mattress under-" Summer glared at our little brother before accusing him.

"Uh, what? It was YOUR job, Morty." Rick turned around and leaned against the counter.

"NUH-UH!"

"YUH-HUH!"

"Actually, sorry, Summer.  I got to back the M Bomb on this one. I remember the conversation. We told Morty to replace all the bank's money with cookies, we had Julia clean the whole house and your parents to make her useful for once in her dumb life, your job was to put the mattress under Mr. Benson."

"BOOM! In your face, Summer! You really dropped the ball... man!"

"Shut up, Morty! You vindictive little turd!"

"You shut up, you big... female asshole!"

(Now here comes the "wtf I don't know how to do this, its gonna be cringy weird" part)

I watched as Summer stood there and... something strange happened. I saw as Summer's ghost shoved Morty slightly backwards... or... I thought it was Morty, it looked as if she pushed back his spirit or ghost or whatever while his self stood their glaring at his big sister as the other Summer vanished back into Summer.

"What the-"

"Hey! Don't shove me!" Morty's other self walked forward at Summer with fists clenched. Summer looked down at Morty's other self with widened eyes, shocked, confused.

"I didn't!" Summer said as Morty's other self shoved her, causing Summer's other self to make a second appearance.

"You didn't what?" Morty asked her.

"What's your problem?!"

"What's yours?!"

"Shut up!"

"YOU SHUT UP!!"

Suddenly the room began to shake violently, Morty and Summer stopped fighting and looked around the room as the whole house shook.

"Wh-who-whoa! What the hell-hell-hell-hell-hell?!" Abruptly, the shaking seized and something around us didn't feel right. Something felt off. I didn't see any of my siblings other selves anywhere. Rick looked around the room as we did, shocked as we were, but  a bit more annoyed as he looked down at his grandchildren.

"Oh god, oh no. Wh-what did you guys just do?"
"Oh god, oh no. Wh-what did you guys just do?" Rick said... but it sounded like there was a strong echo.

"What did who do?"
"What do you mean?" Summer asked. I was so confused, she asked two different questions at the same time, same echoing sound of her own voice, same as Rick. "Wait, what am I saying?" She can hear that? The echo?

"*Burp* Were any of you guys uncertain about anything just now?"
