Back at the Smith house, Jerry opens up the Hatch and looks down. Beth also looks down after Jerry and both of them hear the strange gurgling more clearly than they did previously. It sounded like it was coming from deep within the Hatch, echoing up towards them. Jerry grew more agitated as he looked at Beth."Oh yeah. Nice. Real nice. Reeaaaaaal nice. How does a man do this without me noticing?"
"Oh, you know my dad, once he puts his mind to something-"
"You're-you're seriously spinning this to his credit?" Jerry paused to hear more of the screeching and gurgling sounds the unknown creature was making before fixing his eyes on his wife and declaring, "I'm going down there."
"Jerry-"
"Beth, this is my house, which makes this my garage, my secret hatch, my hidden subterranean lair, and my faceless gargler!"
"BLEEEEUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!!"
"Now, are you gonna keep hating this playa or are you gonna jack my steez?"
"Ok, you're just making stuff up now." She expressed her annoyance by rolling her eyes at him, causing Jerry to shake his head and descend down the hatch.
"Damn it, Jerry." Beth says and follows him down the hatch. Jerry takes out a flashlight and looks around the lair, seeing a strange weapons locker, crates with weird symbols, and a refrigerator with a clear door containing vials with different color liquid, and beer. As he inspects the contents of the refrigerator through the glass, he notices that some of the vials are labeled with warnings like "Do Not Drink", "JP-214", and "Experimental Serum", many others that caught Beth's eye. He sighed as he looked up at the ceiling.
"Well, this explains the $6,000 electric bill." Jerry said before turning around and flashing his light at a large scary alien that was chained to the wall. This makes the alien react by loudly screeching and gurgling, the same noise that the two had heard moments before.
"Wah!"
"Oh!!"
The large alien tried to free itself from the chains but it wasn't working. The alien then stopped screeching and stared at Jerry and Beth as they walked up to the creature.
"Well, nice. Real nice. Alien prisoners under my house. Real nice! Nice. Reeeeeeeaaall-"
"God damn it, stop!"

"Summer, this is probably not a good idea." I informed Summer as she persisted in speaking loudly into the microphone, attempting to reach out to the pedestrians and try to get through to them, to make them regain their free will. She was focused and disregarding Morty and me. Despite Morty and I feeling slightly ignored, we couldn't help but admire Summer's determination and conviction.
"Wake up, people! You have to fight it! You're under the spell of an evil monster!"
"I can hear you, you know." One stopped next to Morty and I.
"Yeah, so you keep saying!" She shouted at him, before shoving the microphone in Morty's arms and began to slap the Unity pedestrian.
"Summer!"
"Summer, don't."
"WAKE UP!! You have to have some individuality left in there!" Summer said and slapped him again.
"Why do you hate me, Summer?" Before turning his gaze towards her with a sad expression, he shifted his glasses on his face.
"I'm not talking to YOU. I'm talking to-" She then reached in his pocket and took out his wallet. In it showed his ID, "... Steven Phillips! Steven, set yourself free!" She grabbed his shirt and looked him in the eyes.
"She's never going to stop this, is she?" Morty asked me.
"Well, you know our sister, once she puts her mind to something..."
"Uh, Summer, before I took over this planet, this man was a registered sex offender." She let go of him quickly.
"Y-Yeah...? Well, s-so what? At least he was himself!" She told him and crossed her arms.
"This woman was a drug addict on the verge of suicide. Now she's a marine biologist." A female assimilated spoke up as she stepped forward.
"Listen, Unity, I don't think our sister's trying to say that life would be perfect without you. I think she's just saying that life would be... you know, life." Morty explained to them as I nodded in agreement. Summer smiled at us, glad to be understood.
"Yeah, and what was life here like before you arrived?" I asked.
"I have transformed life here into a paradise. Prostitutes are now scientists. The homeless are now phisosophers." One assimilated stated before holding his head.
"Oh. Oh. "Phi-phisosophers"? Nice."
"Philopol... Phiphophopher..." The man then held his stomach with one hand and his head with the other as he gagged.
"Oh shit." Morty said as I covered my mouth, thinking Summer pissed Unity off and they're going to puke on us.
"Oh my god, where did you learn to talk, you grandpa-stealing slut?"
"Summer."
"Philosoph-... I'm... uh, I-I'm feeling..." The man falls down and vomits all over the ground. All other Unitys in the area follow suit, vomiting and falling to the floor. They seemed to be unconscious.
"Oh man, let us help all of you guys up." Morty said before they all opened their eyes and looked up at us.
"I'm fine!" They said and closed their eyes.
"What the hell happened? Should we find Rick?" I asked before they all opened their eyes again.
"No!" They all spoke up again.
"Why not? You're sick. Where is he?"
"He's busy!"

Rick was unaware that some of Unity's assimilated fell ill, Unity might not have noticed itself. Rick and Unity were having a great time together, reconnecting, partying, drinking, making out. A part of Unity's mind was partly clouded as they and Rick got down, losing themselves a little as they focused on one another like they used to. Rick and the Unity administrator, along with several other assimilated, were in a penis-shaped house. Many assimilated are dancing to the music while Rick is on the couch drinking. The Unity administrator snorted a substance, fractal dust, through a straw on her desk as she looked over to Rick.
"Oh-haha! You know what I love about you, Rick? You're the only single mind I have met that really sees the big picture." Unity said as she crawled onto the desk, moving her hair away from her face.
"You got that right. But, baby, listen... y-y-y-you're talking about taking over planets and galaxies. You gotta- gotta just remember to let go sometimes, you know?" She quickly perked up a little and got off the desk.
"I can let go! Hey, look." She said as Rick got up and walked over to her. She pointed over to a town far from them through the window, "You see that town across the river? Watch this." And just as she said this, a large missile flies down and bombs the entire town.
"WHOA!!!" Rick watched as a few more bombs fell down and destroyed the whole town.
"HAHA!! Wooooo!!!"
"WHOA!! NO, NO!! THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT!!" He shouted and brought his hands up to his head, clutching his hair in panic. Unity laughed as she hugged Rick.
"It's ok! Hehehaha, it's ok! I- look, I evacuated... I evacuated the town, look." She said and pointed to a large group of civilians across the river. The whole crowd waved over at the house while Rick stared out the window.
"Uh, haha... hah, hahahahaha! Hah!" Rick threw his head back a little and laughed at what just happened, "Oh, that was awesome! My grandkids weren't in that town, right? A-are my grandkids alive? H-hey, my drink is empty."
