Chapter 2

Meeting Five

Reina

TWO WEEKS LATER

After the first week of being here in London all my doubts and worries are gone. Sophia treats me like I'm her daughter, when I got sick last week she took care of me and so did Karina. And even then my mind can't help but think thats what she was suppose to be doing for the last two years.  Nikola and I have become really close considering the short time I've known her. Nova and Cleo are like sisters. I've only known them for two weeks and they already feel like family. I guess moving to London isn't so bad. We've been preparing for the press tour this week. We leave in just four days so things are becoming stressful.

"Kari! Kari where are you?" I yell.

"I'm in the living room, Reina!" I make my way towards the living room. She's sitting on the floor scratching Clyde's belly.

"I'm going to get some coffee you want some?"

"No but thank you." She answers looking up.

"Okay, if you change your mind just call me." I say leaving the room.

"Bye" she yells from the living room.

I grab my purse and start walking. It's a beautiful day, the sun is out and the wind is blowing my hair everywhere. I see Mrs. Jones watering her plants "Good morning, Reina." She waves.

"Good morning Mrs. Jones. Have a nice day." I wave back at her almost running into a sign.

I finally arrive at the café which is only a ten minute walk from my house. It's really early so the café is empty except for two people inside. I enter and the familiar scent of coffee is relaxing, it's really warm inside. I reach the register and there's a young man talking with Anna the cashier. "Thank you, Anna."

"Oh, good morning Reina." She says smiling. "You're early today." The young man moves over so I can order.

"Yes, I think it's going to be a busy day so I came earlier just in case." I explain.

"The usual I presume?"

"Yes the usual." She hands me my coffee and I feel the heat its radiating through the cup.

"Thanks, Anna." I pay her and sit on an empty table and look outside. There are people walking their dogs and people going to work. I'm looking at a man who got the leash of his big white dog wrapped around his legs when someone sits in front of me. I notice it's the young man who was ordering before me. He stares at me and smiles. His smile is beautiful, it takes my breath away. I realize this boy is around my age. He has longish curly brown hair and beautiful green eyes.

"I'm Harry." He says in his amazing British accent extending his arm out. I take it.

"Reina." I smile back at him. Harry leans back against his chair.

"I'm sorry to intrude but I saw you sitting all alone. And I could help myself. Did you just move here because I come here every day and I've never seen you. And I would never forget a girl like you." He smiles.

I smile blushing a little. "I just moved here two weeks ago."

"Oh, and you already have a usual." He laughs making my heart race. "So how's London been treating you?"

"Good, it's been great actually. I really like it here." I say.

He stares at me and his eyebrows furrow. "Good. You're not from here because you have an american accent, so where are you from?"
