[Arbour's point of view]


Boris spoke.


"So you're plains farmers or something like that, searching for old money. Well, I specialise in NEW MONEY!" Before he chuckled menacingly.

I looked around. Katelin's face was disapproved, which I had never seen before, while Sebun was more concerned about the Enforcer than Boris.

Boris stood up and was tall. Taller than any of us in this room, which made everyone scared. Even The Enforcer displayed a little bit of fear due to his 'eye' turning blue for a moment before seeing me stare and reverted to the red eye death stare.

"You shouldn't see this!" He spoke in a mildly angry demonic voice before growling.

Boris:"Wherever I go, all I care about is that I don't make money in order to build better services. Because I build better services in order to make money. Not from old-fashioned, mediocre farmers, lying scam potion brewers, or cheeky power-hungry pirates LIKE ALL IF YOU!!!" Before Boris slammed the table with his fist!

That frightened all of us except for the Enforcer whose small, delirious chuckles turned into pleasurable, long laughter with a red eye whilst moving his head back and forth.

"... But I have to give people a place to where the future is being built and space to expand the future..."

Boris Jension says back down to his chair behind his desk and puts what he said next to all of our shock!

"... So I'll give you a deal I gave to outsiders like you. You can visit all of the districts of what the city has to offer, but you are not allowed to sell anything inside Psychic City! Do you understand?"

We all nodded.

Boris smiled creepily.

"Good!"The Enforcer growled, seeing red

Boris looks at the Enforcer,
"Now, now, they are not going to cause trouble, ok."

The Enforcer eye went green,
"I understand, my lord."

Boris: "Good! Now go along you three, and I hope to see you abide by the laws of psychic city."

Sebun said: "We will." Before we left.

As the lift opens, the Enforcer says: "Farewell, my law abiding outsiders!" With the outsiders being echoed before the doors closed...
