4. After Everything

Mattheos pov (surprise)

The rest of the day was a drag, I couldn't stop thinking about potions class there was no way her and I both smelt each other. Either she was blinded to the fact that she smelt me or she was just good at covering it up.

Everyone knew Enzo and her were the perfect couple despite whatever they were going through, personally I don't think he deserves her.

"You okay man?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked over at Theo, we were in our dorm since classes were over.

I just shrugged and went back to reading, "I'm not stupid man, you smelt Tessa but she also smelt you. It's the perfect timing to she's single, you can finally make your move," I rolled my eyes at him, does he ever shut up?

I began thinking about Tessa, I needed her to myself I wanted her to belong to not anyone but me, I had her a couple years ago but I was fucking around and screwed up.

"Look man, it doesn't matter she doesn't like me never has im to dark and twisted for her plus it would only get her killed being with me," I snarled, he knew exactly what he meant by that. If there was one thing my father hated it was love he made that very clear and to top it off she's a black and not any black she was regulus blacks daughter.

That seemed to shut him up because I didn't hear any other comments come from Theo.

Tessa's pov

I was in the common room with Blaise, pansy, Jules, Draco and Enzo.

Blaise and Draco were talking about a hogsmede trip and pansy was writing in her book, as for Enzo he just kept staring at me like a lost puppy.

"Alright whoever's coming to hosgmede we're leaving now," Blaise spoke to us, I shrugged my shoulders and stood up pansy was next.

"I'll go get Theo and Mattheo," Draco spoke before running off.

Not long after Draco came back with the boys and we all headed to hogsmede, on our walk there I walked beside pansy zoning in and out.

My mind went to many places the main one being Enzo, I missed him. I missed his touch, his smell, his laugh, I missed us. I knew this wasn't the end of us but I just needed time, how is it that someone hurts you and all you want is them and their comfort.

"Tag!" I felt someone grab me then run away causing me to come back to reality and leave me thoughts, it was Theo. I noticed everyone running and pansy quickly got the hint and ran away from me.

"Hey no fair! I wasn't ready!" I called out, I started running and laughing, I noticed Enzo was the closest person I could get to and immediately made eye contact with him and gave him a sly smirk before chasing after him.

"Hey no not me!" He started running, I could hear his laughs.

God I missed this.

I finally caught up with him but just as I was about to tag him he picked me up over his shoulders, "ENZO!" I shrieked through my fit of laughter, "Put. Me. Down!" I flailed my body around trying to get him to put me down.

Finally he reluctantly put me down in front of him, our bodies only inches away from each other, "I missed you," he spoke.

I sighed, "you don't know what you got till it's gone Enzo," I whispered not looking at him, I couldn't because I knew if I did I'd fall in.

"But your not gone, look at me Tess," his voice was barley above a whisper but I didn't listen to him, I felt his hand on my jaw forcing me to look at him.

"Tell me you love me," I could feel his breath on mine, I wanted to say it and trust me I fought so hard not to but I couldn't not with the way he was looking at me, "I love you."
