The warm, inviting glow of the late afternoon sun filtered through the large windows, casting a golden hue across the living room.

The room was a comfortable blend of modern and cozy, with plush couches and soft throws scattered about. A large TV mounted on the wall was connected to a sleek PS5 console, its blue light gently pulsating in standby mode.

In one corner, a bookshelf filled with a mix of novels, cricket memorabilia, and framed photos of happy moments added a personal touch.

The air was filled with the faint, mouthwatering aroma of something cooking in the kitchen, hinting at the impending dinner.

Yashasvi leaned forward, intensely focused on the screen as he battled in a fierce video game duel on the PS5.

The young women proved to be a formidable opponent, matching Yashasvi move for move with a mischievous grin on her face.

"Come on, Yash! You can't handle my skills!" She taunted playfully, her fingers dancing expertly over the controller.

Yashasvi chuckled, his competitive spirit ignited. "Oh, you're going down, Saks! Just you wait!"

As he completed, Sakshi took a lead in the game

Yashasvi grinned, eyes fixed on the screen as he deftly countered Sakshi's moves. "You're getting better, Saks, but not good enough!"

Sakshi leaned closer, her grin widening. "Oh please, Yash! You're sweating bullets here!"

They both laughed as their game characters clashed in a virtual battlefield.

"You know, Sakshi, I could do this blindfolded and still beat you," Yashasvi teased after a while , having defeted her in the first round, earning an exaggerated gasp from Sakshi.

"Oh, big talk from the guy who always forgets where the 'jump' button is!" Sakshi shot back, her tone mockingly dramatic.

Yashasvi feigned offense. "Hey now, that can happen to anyone! I mean it's so bloody confusing"

After a particularly close match that ended in a draw, they both collapsed back in their seats, still laughing. Sakshi playfully nudged Yashasvi's shoulder. "You're not so bad, Yash. Maybe I'll let you win next time."
