"happy birthday, valentine!"

everyone including jisoo and seokmin greeted valentine once that bodyguard went to the dinning area as lee chan was holding the cake wonil bought for him early this morning then marco and larry has popped the party poppers making the papers scattered on the floor while jisoo and seokmin was just smiling though jisoo also blows a small party popper for valentine. the bodyguard is surprised but his smile was wide just like what larry's expression before.

and since valentine has the same expression and reaction like larry did, the person who planned this surprise celebration is also the same. and its none other than, hong jisoo, the princess inside the mansion. though seokmin was contradict about it at first knowing that valentine has feelings for jisoo, but the older reasoned out that we only have one day pass for our birthday so seokmin permitted him anyways.

plus jisoo thought it would be unfair since they surprised larry but they didnt do it to valentine. he just want to be fair to everyone and jisoo just want to show to each of them that he appreciate their presence and how they serve him as seokmin's princess.

"oopps, before you blow the candle, you have to make a wish." and if only lee chan wasn't holding the cake using his both hands, he could've pushed valentine away before the bodyguard could even blow the candle that was at the top of the cake.

valentine scoffed. "lee chan, thats only for kids"

but lee chan made a face. "nah, it works for every ages! so go blow the candles already before it melts!"

and jisoo remembers how lee chan said the same thing to larry before during his birthday that they should make a wish first before blowing the cake. since valentine doesnt have a choice and the candle was starting to melt already, they all watched how the bodyguard shuts his eyes and make a wish inside his head and once he opened his eyes again, he blows the candle and the smoke went exactly to where jisoo was making him and valentine made an eye contact.

valentine stared at jisoo for more than some seconds as the princess pursed his lips and he looked away to where seokmin was. seokmin noticed that moment so when jisoo looked away, he tightened his grip through the older's waist and pulled his body closer to him, enough for valentine to witness who jisoo belongs to. wonil fake a cough and that's enough for valentine to look away already and focus his attention to the people in front of him.

"so what did you wish?" larry asked while playing his brows up and down towards to valentine who's pursing his lips too.

valentine chuckled. "its not for you to know, larry." though it seemed obvious.. it was obvious who valentine wish for. everyone noticed it.

wonil laughed. "dont worry, what he wish wont come true anyways." see? everyone knows it, including seokmin who are just watching his men and his cousin lee chan who's still holding the cake. then wonil tapped valentine's shoulder. "because the thing that he wished is already owned by someone else."

lee chan groaned like a kid himself getting irritated by his older brothers. "you know what, let's just eat already!"

jisoo saw how valentine and seokmin exchange glances before they decided to move to finally eat the dishes wonil, lee chan and jisoo cooked for valentine which is also meant for everyone to share with. jisoo held seokmin's hand to reassure the mafia that no one owns him except the boss, only, which is successful because seokmin let out a small smile to jisoo before they followed everyone to sit on their usual spot on the dinning table.
