"im sleepy already, seokkie."

as if on cue, after he said those words, jisoo unconsciously yawned so wide showing how sleepy he is as he also felt tired even though he did not do anything today but to watch over lee chan and wait for the younger to wake up. he wants to be there for him like how lee chan was there watching over him when he got drowned from the last time plus jisoo knows that no one was there to watch lee chan while he's resting and gaining consciousness but him. other bodyguards has things and works to do for the day.

and he was also intrigued to the book lee chan was reading every time jisoo wakes up as the young boy was the one who's watching over him. the book is about discovering yourself and lots of motivations and maybe that's the reason why lee chan was all nothing but positive and optimistic person because of this book. plus the book has lee chan's handwriting and it also smells like the young boy and through that jisoo could imagine that lee chan was talking to him the whole day like the usual.

seokmin hummed in between their hugs. "let's get back to your room then, so you could rest already princess." the younger was about to stand up from sitting on the carpet on the floor of lee chan's room but jisoo halted him by holding his arm. seokmin arched him a brow. "i thought you're sleepy already? let's go, princess."

but jisoo pouts. "no ones going to watch over lee chan. can i stay here with him just for tonight, please?" then he blinked thrice and babied himself so seokmin can allow him to stay with lee chan.

then the mafia just heave a sighed. "jisoo, you're staying here inside lee chan's room since yesterday. you even slept here last night too."

that was true. ever since they got back inside the mansion after what happened yesterday, jisoo never left lee chan's side even when the doctor came and tried to med and operate the young boy, jisoo was there holding lee chan's hand. jisoo couldn't even get to eat his dinner properly last night because he doesn't have an appetite to do so even though seokmin suggested he would feed him. and even when they transfered lee chan back to his room to rest and to gain his consciousness, jisoo was still there.

he even slept here inside lee chan's room last night too, even though he's not used of using the comforter and sleeping on the floor but in order to be with lee chan, jisoo did all of those. and when they asked why jisoo cannot leave lee chan even just for one second, jisoo answered that no one inside the mansion was willing to be with lee chan more than him plus lee chan needs him now that the young boy only got him. though its not true because valentine and larry even wonil suggested to watch over lee chan instead of just jisoo.

seokmin was worried too not just with his cousin's situation but also for jisoo, since even today that they ate dinner, jisoo only took some and said he's still full even though wonil and other bodyguards knows that jisoo haven't eaten proper meal yet since yesterday. but then, all of them just understands that jisoo grew fond with lee chan the most that he turned to be one of the most important person in jisoo's lives.

seokmin cupped jisoo's cheeks. "you also need some rest, princess. do you think lee chan will want to see you like this?" and when jisoo pouts as his eyes gets teary already, seokmin was quick enough to prevent it by kissing his lips and rubbing his cheeks. "you have to rest properly. ill call wonil or larry instead to watch over lee chan. and you, you will sleep with me tonight, okay?"
