"...and then he just dipped!"
"wow, changbin, that's extremely unfortunate." i patted the younger's back.
"i know! why would he just drive away? our manager had to drive the whole 45 minutes just to get me!" changbin crossed his arms.
"it was funny! i was laughing the whole way home!" jisung couldn't stop cackling.
i went out for dinner with jisung and changbin. it was very fun, the meal was good and we all had a good time. changbin wouldn't stop complaining about his hardships in life; most of them being from jisung and seungmin.
"oh! you're finally home!" seungmin turned to face the door where we came in from.
emma looked up from seungmin's shoulder, "we didn't know what time you would return!"
it was currently quarter to 11. i guess it is a little late. not my fault though—changbin wanted to show us this route he would walk when he was a trainee. jisung and i were opposed to it but ended up following him anyway.
"ask short shit here why we're late!" jisung pointed to the culprit. his face was tainted red upon being called on.
changbin threw his arms in the air in protest. "they were gone all day too! why were you guys gone, huh?"
seungmin and emma looked at each other and stifled a laugh. "that's what we were going to tell you about."
the three of us sat on the empty couch beside to them, looking at the couple with wide eyes. jisung rested his elbows on his knees and looked attentively.
"we've figured out when the wedding will be!" emma enthusiastically announced.
the room erupted into cheers by the two loudest members while i sat there processing everything. changbin went up to the couch and picked up seungmin, swinging the taller in the air. emma laughed but was soon tackled by jisung who was going for a hug.
"WHEN?!" changbin practically yelled.
"okay so it isn't like the exact date, but we found a range which is mid november." seungmin explained.
the three of us groaned in anger, seungmin earning a pillow to the face by jisung. i dramatically flopped back on the couch and put my hands over my face, fake crying. changbin banged his head against a wall, slamming his fist ever so lightly against the wall so it wouldn't shake the whole apartment.
"you had me excited!" i said, crossing my arms.
"you can still be excited! aisha will most likely be there." emma replied, wiggling her eyebrows.
i looked away to hide my slight blush that crept up on my face. i didn't think about aisha being in attendance, but now hearing it made me more excited. i get to see her in november!
i can't reveal myself just yet, though. i'm not telling her now. she needs to see me in person first, then i'll tell her i was lee this whole time. i hope she hasn't figured out that i'm lee.
"where will the wedding be?" changbin asked after we settled down and became a civilized nation again.
"in jeju, probably on a beach. it won't be too too big, probably just close friends and family." emma said.
"but then we can't swim!" jisung protested.
"i mean you can if you really like cold water." seungmin shrugged. "anyway, emma and i are going to look at venues and see if we need permits and stuff."
"don't do anything weird!" i shouted.
seungmin scowled at me. i stifled a laugh.
