"Caroline Wells is a force." Says Mark Webber when asked about the female driver, "Anyone would be able to recognize that. She's a real talent- one that's being pushed by other drivers. She is extraordinarily kind and polite off track but on it?" he laughs and shakes his head, "She is a real menace, people who complain about F1 being boring nowadays clearly are not watching her skill."
When asked about how RedBull is doing managing their drivers he replies honestly, "I think we were all nervous that the team [RedBull] would treat Caroline as a second. I've seen it firsthand and I honestly don't think I was as good as her at that age." he laughs, "If RedBull messes anything up I can promise you I will be the first to speak up." He goes on to compliment the young driver, "I really do think every time a Formula One driver makes a move they say a prayer. And if they pull it off, 99% of the time it's luck. Caroline doesn't pray or even need luck, she has some kind of power by her side. We saw it in Austria and I can guarantee we will see more soon."
