Once Again First Love

In Lift...

Kayal got ready to work on Monday morning with her usual household works. Anjali and kids returned home yesterday, and Arjun too spent his time with the family on Sunday. When Kayal entered her cabin, she heard everyone talking about Arjun's return after his business trip and she always hear his news from her teammates. She felt weird, people in office knows more about Arjun than her who lives with him. The women's in her office everyone has a crush on Arjun and they always talk about his cold looks, handsomeness, dressing, his daily updates like where he was at previous night and with whom, and also about his ex-wife and their marriage life. Kayal didn't showed interest on it before, but after marriage she felt like whatever gossips she hear its always about Arjun. Its same today, they were talking about his return from trip, what he did in France for 2 weeks. Some gossiped about how he was seen in clubs with girls and someone commented girls are crazy over him cause he is so hot in bed which made Kayal flustered.

She went to cafeteria for a coffee to clear her head. She don't know why she is reacting to this gossips, and what if its all true and remembered the word how he is hot in bed. She moved her head fast to remove all the thoughts. Her coworkers joined her with coffee and continue their talking about Arjun. They had their coffee and waited for lift to go to their floor. Kayal suddenly saw Arjun in the floor and felt she is in hallucination since she heard about him more today. But Arjun came their followed by his secretary, and the women's stopped their talk noticing Arjun and showed their seducing smile.  Kayal realized she is stunned and not hallucinating and its real. Arjun saw Kayal standing as a statue and how the ladies smiled at him. He wished them and went to his lift. The lift used by director, CEO and Chairman of the company is separate from the employees.

Arjun asked the ladies to join with him as they were waiting for their lift. They all thanked him and immediately rushed to his lift. Kayal didn't want to join them, but they pushed her too along with them. Arjun stands at the end along with his secretary where the ladies occupied the remaining space. Kayal stands in the other corner facing front. The door closed, and she noticed the door has a mirror where she can see Arjun starring at her. She immediately put her head down and closed her eyes. When her floor reached, Kayal was the first one to reach outside and hurriedly moved from there. Other ladies wished and thanked Arjun, and started talking about his handsomeness again once the door is closed. They were so happy to be with Arjun on same space that too very close to him.

Kayal can feel her heartbeat raising cause of the gossips and Arjun. She realizes her change of behaviors towards Arjun. As there is no much recent encounters between them, she felt both happy and sad. She doesn't want to have another heart failure, but still she couldn't hide her longing for love and care from her husband. As being an orphan, she always wants a happy family for herself. Her thoughts on her past life, she heard her name being called by her coworkers to join for lunch. She noticed the time to be 1 PM. She doesn't know how the time went soon. She didn't start her day task, so she decided to have her lunch in desk and informed them the same. She had a quick lunch and started her work in hurry. A week went soon, and its Friday. The Kayal's team planned for lunch outside for a change and Kayal too joined them. They booked an Italian cuisine restaurant in a hotel near to their office.

After lunch they waited for a lift, as the restaurant in 7th floor. To their surprise, when lift is opened, they meet Arjun, his father and his uncle who were there for a lunch meeting with a client in another floor. They wished and asked to them to go ahead as they will wait for another one. Seeing Kayal with their team, Arjun was surprised too. The chairman asked the team to enter as there are space available. So, the Manager asked the ladies to join with him while the others can wait for next one. Kayal wished her in-law silently and stand little far from them. But when the lift stopped at another floor, two men joined them where Kayal is pushed near to Arjun with a small jerk. When Kayal was stumbled, Arjun hold her by keeping his hand at her hip. As Kayal was wearing saree, Arjun's hand touched her bare skin which made her shiver. Arjun moved a little to give Kayal some space but didn't take his hand. His secretary who was standing behind Arjun noticed it. When the floor reaches the ground floor, Arjun moved his hand and Kayal realized she was holding her breathe so far. She hurriedly moved out to get some air.

Arjun smiled seeing Kayal like that, and wonder what happened to him. His secretary was puzzled by his actions. He could see the employee is married but still he holds her in such way which is not expected from his boss or Kayal being silent and didn't feel uncomfortable. He just brushed his thoughts when lift reach basement parking.

Kayal could feel both hot and anxious from Arjun's actions. She didn't expect him to hold her like that or not moving his hand until the lift door opened, she thought what if someone noticed. She finished her work and returned home. She didn't want to see Arjun today cause of lift incident, so she made sure she finished her work and also, she asked Sunitha ma to serve dinner for Arjun and moved to Ria's room. She is playing with Ria when she could hear car sound and Arjun voice being in phone. She started feeling nervous, and wanted to control her heartbeat. Ria called her saying "dad came" and ran outside. Arjun too picked her seeing his daughter running towards him. He asked how was her day and what she did, and had her dinner. Ria answered everything in her childish words and smiled at him. He took her to their room, and asked her to play when he will change and come soon.
