Once Again First Love

Mistake...

Ram asked Arjun to stay making everyone to leave. He asked Arjun what happened, and why he was irresponsible like attending the meeting late and not prepared well. He asked did he started drinking again as Arjun stopped in recent days other than any client meeting or social gathering. But yesterday he was over his limit and he didn't remember anything. He said sorry to his father but Ram didnt say anything and went from there.

Arjun went to his room and closed his eyes asking his PA to leave him alone. Kayal worried about Arjun and thought he would have missed his breakfast in morning too and saw her lunch box. She packed herself a Chapati, aloo methi fry and jeera rice. She too didn't have her breakfast, but feeling bad for him, so she went to his floor with the box. She saw no one in the floor and thought of leaving the box in his room and leave. When she knocked the door and didn't get any response, she went inside. This is the first time she came to his office. She was taken by his room interior and how she can see the entire city from the window. Suddenly she noticed him lying in the sofa and kept silent. Without making noise, she kept the box and turned to leave. He woke up her payal sound and opened his eyes. He is shocked to see her and asked how did she came into his office in a little high tone. She was hurt by his words and before she say something, he started to shoot his question whether anyone saw her, what did she told his PA to enter his room. She quickly told him that no one was outside, and she came to give him the box as she thought he would have skipped his breakfast and having the medicine in empty stomach is not good. Saying all, she immediately moved from there but he stopped her and told whatever happened between them is just a mistake by the emotions being carried away at the time and there is no meaning to it. He asked her to not to take advantage of the situation and keep her hope on him as nothing changed between them. 

She already know everything and whatever he said is true and she confirmed it last night by his confession in drunk state. But she got hurt by his direct words and hurried from the room. She went to the exit staircase and cried. She don't know how long she stayed there and went to restroom. She saw her eyes are red. She cleaned her face and thought of having  coffee as her head is becoming more heavy. She carried the head ache medicine cause of her head ache from morning. She already took 1 in morning with coffee, and thought to have her food later after meeting. She don't feel like hungry, so she went with coffee again. Her team mates was questioning where she went and whether she had lunch. She said she is not feeling well, and went to take little rest in staff rest area. She continued her work but her mind is with Arjun words.

Arjun too felt sad and couldn't able to reason his emotions looking at the box. He heard a knock and asked them to come in, hiding the lunch box. Its his friend Abhi and asked him what he was hiding and pulled his hands to see the lunch box. He said he came at right time and asked to share his food with him as he miss the home food. Arjun too felt little hungry, so they both started to have lunch and Abhi praised Kayal cooking skill and compared with Anjali. Hearing Anjali name he suddenly remembered last night and how he said to Kayal that he miss Anjali and how he still love her and waiting for her. He felt ashamed how he lost the control and blabbered those words. Abhi called him loudly and asked where his mind is wandering and asked to eat or he will finish the food. Arjun shared his feelings with him and Abhi scolded him about how Kayal would have felt while she always takes care of him, his daughter and family. He told him not to mistook Kayal with other girls who fall over him for his fame and money including Anjali. She is a real gem and not to lose her. He scolded his friend not to side with Kayal and who knows its all may be her acting where she is waiting for the right time to show her true color. Abhi warned him not to regret later and take his words seriously.
