Kayal's Decision

Before Kayal speak, Latha asked her to sit and calm down then she can talk. Kayal couldnt feel calm after sitting too. She started to tell Latha that she didn't feel she is a suitable person for their family, and they should find someone with the same background. As they said, not every rich people are same, so they will find a nice and kind girl who will be Ria's mother and Arjun wife. Latha laughed at her words, and said seeing her reminded herself 30 years back. Her mother in law gave the support as Latha is also from simple background. They are not expecting anything and will accept Kayal for who she is. So, she should not worry about disappointing them and come to their house proudly. She also told Kayal she is very beautiful and should not be compared with other.

Kayal had a tears and went back home happily to continue her remaining work in house. She felt tired, so she made a simple dinner getting taunts from Arya's parents and finished her work and went to sleep. Next morning, she got a call-in office from new number which she recognizes to be wrong number who shouted on her that night. She cut the call and continued her work. Suddenly she got a ping from CEO office, asking her to pick up the call. She is terrified and remembered Latha stating Arjun wants to talk with her. So, she moved to staircase exit and make sure no one is there, picked up the call and said "Hello"

Arjun without any greetings, directly told Kayal to come to the place he messaged during lunch break. Kayal scared with his order tone and said "okay". He cut the call immediately and called the lawyer to bring the papers as he said. During Lunch Kayal gave excuse again to her team mates and came outside. The team member usually not interested in Kayal much and doesn't had any curiousity on where she is going. She went to restaurant and said Arjun name for reservation table and waited in the room. He came after 5mins, and seeing Arjun made words stuck in Kayals throat. Arjun thought all girls will behave same seeing him and didn't amuse by Kayals action. But Kayal is actually sacred to see Arjun in person. She is worried he may shout or do anything to her.

He spoke in a superior tone and asked why she accepted for this marriage proposal. Kayal kept her bent down in fear and didn't respond. Arjun shouted at her to look at him when he is speaking. She immediately lifted her head but didn't response yet. He asks her whether the cat is caught her tongue and told to speak. She said for Ria she is accepting this marriage in a very low tone which Arjun couldnt hear much. But hearing Ria's name, he understands she is using his child. So he gave the paper to her, and ask her to read and sign.

It's a Marriage Agreement, where he stated she won't get a penny in case of divorce from either side. She will only be mother to Ria and will not be accepted as his wife. She should not expect any benefits or favors from him as Malhotra CEO. She will not tell anyone about this agreement. If he finds any mistake in her roles and responsibility, and misconduct he can immediately give divorce to her without any money. She should not tell anyone about their marriage unless he said so. If she disclosed the marriage information or any secret about family or company, she has to pay the penalty of 10 Crore to Malhotra family. She didn't want to ask or discuss anything with him seeing such contract agreement from him. She remembered Latha's words, and prayed to God she wants to be Ria's mother and fulfill her duties, and should not expect anything in this marriage. She signs the agreement and finally spoke that she is getting late and have to return back to office. She greeted him and moved from the room. She didn't want to cry before Arjun, so she moved quickly from there.

Arjun is surprised by her action and how she signed without any questions. He thought she may ask at least about alimony incase of divorce, but he didn't know Kayal is different from what he thought. Anyway, he thought she will be just a nanny in his house and not to care much. He called his mother and said he is ready to marry, but as he got divorced less than a year, he doesn't want any rumors, so he asked to keep this marriage only to be known to his family members. Anyway, its second time for both of them, so he asked Latha to keep it simple. After a year they may tell to everyone, and he already spoke with Kayal on same and she agreed too. Latha knows what his son is planning about, but still she said OKAY, as she felt relieved to overcome a big obstacle by making him to agree for the marriage. She thought he will change his mind once he started to live with Kayal.

Latha told everyone about Arjun's decision and all are happy and started planning for marriage where Latha is still in thought as there is one more obstacle i.e., Kayal in-law. She went to her room and called her Lawyer friend, and asked her to prepare the documents as discussed. She already told her everything about Kayal. Once paper is ready, she went alone to Kayals house and ask them to read the document and sign it before taking the money 20 Lakhs as they asked. Kayal is not back from office, so she felt comfortable to talk alone. She ordered to not to disturb Kayal after receiving the money and not to reach in any way. She is becoming their daughter and they should know the consequence of touching their family members. She warned them and said the same is written in the papers too. If they violate any conditions, they have to return her 5 times the money they got or go to jail. She asked everyone in the family should sign including Arya's sister.

She told them she will come and take her daughter in law on Friday which is an auspicious day for marriage. They agreed on terms and sign the paper feeling they got rid of Kayal and getting money too. They are happy to see 20 Lakhs and asked about Latha's family. She said they no need to know and took the paper and went. Kayal reached home at 7 PM and went to kitchen directly and don't see anyone in hall. She prepared dinner and called them. They came with happy faces, and didn't scold or shout at Kayal and eat the dinner and went back to room. They were counting the money and were planning what to do with it.
