It's a day where Arjun was about to travel to US and Kayal packed his bags and medicines he may need in emergency. Arjun took all the documents and got ready. He got the elder blessings and hugged Ria telling to be good girl and he will be back soon. He didn't say anything and Kayal too didn't expect as her hope always broke like glass pieces. He got into car and see Ria in rear mirror where Kayal was holding. Ria was waving her hands to his father saying bye. He asked driver to move and Latha seeing all this asked Kayal to understand and told her she know how much she is being selfish as a mother and she hope Arjun will understand her and love her one day. Kayal gave her a smile not to know what to say or don't want to let her know where they really stands in the relationship. 

Its been a week, and she heard from Ram that Arjun signed the contract successfully and will be returning in a week as there is a another meeting with a client and also a party is arranged by the client. She felt happy and went to her room. Ria is playing and jumped over Kayal asking her to sing a song for her. Kayal felt very emotional whenever Ria calls her mom and how she hug her and ask her needs. A week went soon, but Arjun didn't return and she felt worried. Latha seeing her worries, told her Arjun will take a break and plan to return week later as he got caught up with some work. Kayal don't know how to response, simply nod and left to her room. From last 2 days she kind of felt tiredness, and nausea.  Latha too don't know about Arjun whereabout and his work, but she got the message from Ram. Arjun will make sure to call his mom once in 3 days, but he didn't call her last 3 days and now his return too extended. It looks like Ram is hiding something too. But Ram asked her not to worry and Arjun was really fine and busy with some work.

Kayal could sense something and couldn't define her feeling of sadness. She was constantly worried about Arjun and went to askLatha again. She never asked Latha about Arjun before. But she couldn't ignoreher feelings. She asked Latha is everything alright with Arjun and Latha seeingher worried face told her not to worry and Arjun father already spoke with himlast night. Kayal felt little relieved and went to bed. She suddenly felthungry as she didn't eat properly on the entire day. Because of Arjun or she is physicallyill, she don't know. She went to kitchen to check if there is anything to eat.Usually they never keep anything in the fridge for next day to eat. So shechecked for some snacks and ate. She felt little fine now.

Days moving and Kayal started to feel more tiredness and body soreness. Shekept feeling nausea on coffee smell, so she started avoiding having it. Today she felt more sleepy. Latha asked her about wellness seeingher pale face and asked to take leave for a day as Arjun too return tonight.But Kayal has some important documents to submit by eod, so she told Latha shewill take leave tomorrow and if she couldn't manage, but she will finish herwork and come early. In office, Kayal was feeling dizziness and about to fall.Her team mate hold her and asked to check in office medical room at least. Kayaltold them she is fine and may be cause of anemic she is being so, as she couldn'table to eat properly these days. But her colleague forced her to check oncekeeping something in her mind.
