Arjun's gift

Kayal still shivers on his touch and smiled. He thanked her for coming into his life and making it happy. He gave her a box and asked her to open it. It looks like a jewelry and Kayal asked him what's the occasion. He told her its a gift for coming into his life and when she opened it, she was stunned to see a chain with diamond pendant which looks very expensive. She refused immediately as it was expensive. But he made a sad face and asked whether is this how she refuse his first gift from him. Kayal still in thoughts to accept it when Arjun took the chain and made her wear it. He told her its beautiful and asked her she should wear it all time. She nodded and looked down in shy. He holds her face and made her look into him, when he came near her to kiss, the babies started to cry. Kayal laughed at seeing Arjun's annoying face and told him she has to go. Arjun went from there before saying she cant escape from him always. At night, Ria was standing next to Kayal and asked why the baby was sleeping always and when would they play with her. Kayal told her it would take another 3 or 4 months to recognize her. Ria was sad, and Kayal asked her to come and lie next to her and she will sing a song for her to sleep.

Its been 6 months, and Kayal was making Ria to get ready to her play school. Yes Ria celebrated her 3rd birthday 3 months back and started her play school. Dadi was looking after the babies, while Kayal making Ria ready. Arjun got ready to office, asking Ria to hurry up as he have to drop her in school. When Kayal made Ria sit in her seat and gave her kiss, asking her to cheer up as Ria wanted to play with Aarav and Aadya. She closed the door and try to move back, Arjun was standing there. When she asked him to hurry up, he asked her to kiss him too or he wont leave. She know he always has his ways when he wants something and she better to give him than making it delay. When she try to kiss him on his cheeks, he moved his head and kissed her in lips. She shouted at him and was looking around if someone noticed. When she entered inside, Anjali teased if there romance is done and Kayal excused saying she has work in kitchen feeling embarrassed.

Arjun came home early asking Kayal to get ready for shopping for their anniversary. Its their 2nd year marriage anniversary where last time they were far from each other. On their anniversary, Arjun and Kayal went for a dinner date. Kayal got them a couple watch and Arjun gave her a diamond earing and bangle. After dinner, they were sitting in a beach where very few people are seen. Kayal told him that she have something to tell him and when he asked about it, she said she wanted to work again. Arjun was silent and wanted to listen her completely. She told him Ria started going to school and babies also started their solid foods and the feeding time became less, so she wanted to go for work. Arjun asked if she is really fine with it and asked what she wanted to do. She told him that she would be joining their company in the same position as there was a opening. She already spoke with her previous manager and sent her resume. She is been selected and they wanted her to join in a week. Arjun asked why she didn't inform him earlier and did anyone know about it. She said he is the one who came to know first and she wanted to do it herself that why she didn't told him earlier. She apologized and Arjun hugged her saying he was not mad or hurt but just wanted to know if she is really fine in going to work or not. They told all about Kayal rejoining the work, and everyone was happy and supported her decision.
