RIVER

Later that day, Theo barges into our dorm.

Us girls haven't done much for the whole afternoon, besides binge watching the 'How I Met Your Mother' show. It's one of our personal favorites.

"What's up, ladies?" his body falls to my bed, messing my recently changed sheets— asshole.

"You better take off your dirty shoes if you're going to stay," I point a warning finger at him, stopping myself from finishing to paint my toe nails.

"As you wish, Madame," he forces a french accent on the last word as he mock bows at me, yet doing as I told him so.

"Shouldn't you be with the boys?" Sabrina pines him with a raised brow, rushing to grab his shoes and placing them next to the door. She's a bit of a organisation freak.

He shrugs, "They're boring."

"Well we won't offer much more, since you decide to watch a whole season without us," I shake my head as he reaches closer and peeks at my computer.

"Not my fault you two are so slow. Besides, you will never know the thrill of saying 'I will only watch one more' at two in the morning only to watch it all," he purses his lips, stealing one of my popcorn.

"When was the last time you actually slept?" Sabrina presses her lips together, but I see the slight worry flashing in her eyes.

Theo grins, "Like eight years ago?"

"What?!"

"Sleep's overrated anyway."

"You can't be serious."

Chuckling at the of them, I grab my acrylic nail's set so I can start working on mine. Ever since it started being too much time consuming to go to an actual nail salon, I decided to learn how to do it myself.

On others I'm a disaster, but I can manage my own pretty well. I did tell Sab I'd try on her sometime, hopefully she forgot all about that.

"Agreeing to disagree on that, let's move on to the actual matter in hands," Theo sits back down, staring us down with a serious expressions, "Who's got any tea?"

"Seriously?" I almost snort.

"You're still surprised he's such a gossiper?" Sab points out and I can't help but shake my head, he really is the biggest of them all.

"Hey, I'm right here" Theo huffs, but he's not actually offended, he knows it, we know it, the world goddamn world know, "Gossip keeps life interesting and I'm asking about you two, not others. Unless you do have tea on oth—"

"We've been here for two days, how could there be any drama already if we barely know the people?" Sabrina says in matter-of-factually.

I hum, "Unless you have something to tell us?"

"Ugh, I wish, which is exactly why I wanted to go out this weekend, but I've heard someone is abandoning us," his gaze shifts to mine, arms crossing.
