Avyana's POV.
Oh shit.
My biological family is currently at the restaurant I'm supposed to have a mission at.
well, that's not good at all.
walking in, I lock eyes with one of them. Xander Moretti.
He must know who I am. Shit.
I think, walking in, Kayden noticed how tense I've become, so he asks,
"Avy, are you okay?"
I can't reply.
I just stand there.
"Avyana, is everything okay?" Alessio asks me.
"I- they- biologicals." I stutter out. I wonder if they'd remember us?
Hearing what I said, everyone turns to them.
"No! do not look!" I whisper shout to them.
Kayden tightens his hold around my waist. I swear he was behind me a minute ago, like, bro. I swear my boyfriend can teleport or something.
"Come on, they'll recognize Kayden and possibly Alessio and I. We have to go." I say quietly, with a saddened tone behind it. They're in the mafia, yet they couldn't come get us? I might not know, but I still resent them for not keeping us or whatever, I just want to know if they gave us up.
I turn to Kayden and give him a chaste kiss on the lips before going to the kitchen to start my new 'job'.
"Be careful, Avy." kayden tells me with a pleading look on his eyes, so I nod my head 'yes'
well, this will be fun.
Matteo's POV.
I'm with my whole family, and when I mean whole, I mean everyone, at a restaurant, I almost had to book out this whole restaurant/bar.
My father, brothers, and eldest sons are talking about our alliance with the Spanish mafia.
we're trying to get the Greek, Spanish, and Russians on our side for an alliance. we have the Greek, French, and Russians but not the Spanish mafia.
For some reason, the Spanish Don won't form an alliance.
