"I can't believe I let you convince me to play with this creepy fucking thing" Elizabeth and Natalie sat in Elizabeth's room, candles lighting the room, a Ouija board in between them.
Natalie had thought it would be a fun idea, but since they watched  The Exorcist when they were 10, ghosts, spirits and all that shit scared the fuck out of Elizabeth.
"Shh," Natalie smirks, her fingers over the planchette, Elizabeth lightly put her fingers over it as well.

"Are you scared Sullivan?"

"No." she says quickly.
Natalie laughs, "Dear spirits, is Elizabeth scared?"
The planchette moved to the 'yes' spot, Natalie having clearly moving it.

Elizabeth looks at her deadpanned.
"You're an asshole"
"It's not me, it's the spirits,"

"Yeah, okay. This is stupid" Elizabeth took her hands off.
"Woah. You have to say goodbye! That's like the main rule! You don't want the ghosts to haunt you, right?"
Elizabeth huffs, "Goodbye"

"See, you were scared" Natalie smirks.
Elizabeth rolls her eyes, blowing out the candles.

Mari smiled as she got the Walkman working, This is how we do it playing.
The girls began to dance, Elizabeth looking at Natalie.
'No, no way,"
"Come on, you know you want to"
"I don't think I do"
"Please?"
"Fine,"
Elizabeth smiled, pulling the girl up. Natalie playfully rolls her eyes, getting up and begins to do the dance routine.

"Running Man, running man"
"Bart Simpson, Bart Simpson" the girls cheer as they continue to dance.
The music then cuts out, making the girls groan.

"God Dammit" Van walks up, grabbing the machine.
"What happened?" Jackie asks,
"I don't know" Van replies hitting the machine, "Has hitting anything ever fixed it?"
"Maybe try blowing on it?" Mari suggests.
The creaking sound in the attic made everyone look up, Elizabeth inching closer to Natalie.

"What the hell was that?" Elizabeth asks.
"You heard it too?" Lottie asks.
"It's probably just a branch," Taissa says.
"Inside? On the floor? Some fucking branch" Elizabeth replies, making Natalie chuckle, Taissa just sighs, putting her hand on her hips.
"What if it's... Him?" Mari asks.
"What? The dead guy?" Shauna deadpans.
"Um, yeah" Mari adds.

"You know what it probably was?" Natalie begins, Elizabeth looking at the girl intently.
"The dead guys missing fingers trying to find their way home" Natalie taps her fingers along Elizabeth's back and shoulders.
"Ew I hate that" she moves her shoulder, shrugging Natalie's hand off her.
Natalie laughs, clearly proud of herself for the joke.
"Nat. You really have to encourage them?" Tai can't help the smile tugging at her lips.

Akilah then speaks up, "You do have to admit that it didn't sound like it was coming from the roof"
'Fine, then it was a rat, or a racoon or something. I don't know it..." Jackie began, only to be shushed by Lottie.
"Oh my god," Taissa groaned.
"Listen," Lottie whispers.

Elizabeth looks up, scrunching her nose, it being silent.
"Well I don't hear it now," Mari throws her hands up.
"All right, all right. You know what I think it was? I think the ghost decided it was time to get some sleep. And we should probably do the same, yeah?"
"Smooth transition Coach," Elizabeth smiles.
Everyone then begins to get to get ready for bed.

Elizabeth was laying beside Natalie, facing each other.
"Hey Lizzie?" Natalie whispers.
"Yeah?"
"You aren't, still afraid of ghosts and shit, are you?"
"Of course not," Elizabeth responded quickly.
Natalie looked at her suspiciously, "So if I were to talk about The Exorcist-"
"You wouldn't dare"
Natalie smirks, "Well, if it is the dead guy, I'll chuck some salt at him or some shit"
Elizabeth rolls her eyes, "My hero,"
"Anything for you, even the risk of being possessed"
"How sweet,"
