Sun startin to rise.. haven't slept.. should probably do that instead of starting this Epilogue..

Update, didn't actually start, fell asleep, now am writing after previous chapter was published-

When the Being was brought back they were immediately yelled at by the Watcher headmaster. Just as usual. Scolded for one-upping Watchers, scolded for not being good enough.

"You're so pitiful," the Watcher muttered under their breath.

The Being felt a stinging pain against their cheek, the Watcher scoffing before walking off. The Being brought a hand to their cheek and looked down.

It'll never change. The situations will just repeat, again, and again. The Being will never be good enough, will never be worthy of their attention. They'll never be loved.

The Being couldn't help the minuscule amount of tears pushing their way to be seen in their eyes. They chuckled darkly to themself and let their mind replay the events that took them to this moment.

Playing back all the way to the beginning.

It was just a green little ball of energy, magic entwined with the slightest bit of sentience. Barely able to keep its form in a world.

Then it grew. Its green colour becoming wondrous lime eyes, fluffy green hair. It saw no other like it, so it was alone. Simply watching time go by.

Then the Watchers found it. The purple creatures decided to take it home. Back to their realm.

The Being was honestly excited, they'd finally get a home, finally have people to talk to and learn from.

But it was nothing like they'd hoped.

The Being hid in an office, hugging themself tightly. Their green tipped ears twitching as heavy footsteps past the door. They sighed shakily.

They didn't mean to! Really. It just.. happened.

The Being groaned and buried their face in their hands. They hoped the student was alright, but they also hoped they wouldn't be found until the headmasters calmed down.

But of course that didn't happen.

"Open the door." A stern voice growled, a hand banging on the door the Being was leaning against.

The Being flinched and looked up at the door handle. They hesitated, but stood up and slowly opened the door.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"Are you kidding me?!" The highly ranked Watcher snapped, making the Being stop talking. "You could've killed that student! You need to get your magic under control. Have you even been paying attention to your lessons? Or do you only stare at chorus plants?!"
