Bakugo POV
~~~Life is shitty - feelings are shittier!
I sat in the bananas class, chin rested against my hand. My glare jumped across the extras, landing on each individual face. Eventually, stopping on the freak. His eyebags seemed even more defined than usual and I couldnt stop my ridiculous mind from wondering if he was alright. The questions flooded my mind, one by one like a train of confusion.
Did he not sleep last night? Why didn't he sleep? Did some extra make him cry? Was it something I did?... wait- why the fuck did I care!?
I instantly snapped my attention back to the front. Written in bold across the top of the board was the word, "Tense Clauses." The walking Mic(rophone) was yapping about some rules the English came up with that half the time aren't even true. I before E unless after C? Total bullshit!
Suddenly, UA alarms began to blare, deafening any extra unlucky enough to be sat under them.
Mic sensei ran out the room, quickly looking around and stopping the old man (Aizawa) as he went by. I could hear their little inaudible whispers from my seat but it was only a few seconds before he was back inside the classroom beconing for Shinso to come outside with him. Why the hell did he get to go and we had to stay!? Fuck that!
I ran out and down the corridor, making sure I didn't completely catch up with the two heroes running alongside eyebags but I was close enough to be able to keep up without losing them around some corner.
We made our way outside, instantly taken aback by the mass amount of purple portals popping up on and around the training field. "Hitoshi, wait here. Nemuri will be here soon with that Mustard kid then you can go back to class."
"Got it." The freak said. Seconds later the pros were gone.
"What was that about? And why the fuck are you allowed out here to begin with?" I asked, scoffing.
He turned to see me, "You shouldn't be here, Pomeranian."
I rolled my eyes, staying quiet a moment. Villains were starting to come out the Misty portals. There wasn't a single main extra in sight. No Shigaraki, no Dabi, no Toga, no Twice - etc. "This is just a distraction." I said.
"Huh?" He questioned, looking at me with an eyebrow raised, "What makes you say that?"
"Scar face, Bloodsucker, crusty lips and bipolar aren't to be seen... they're either inside UA or in the woods."
"And you want to go find them?" He scoffed.
I glared up at him before rushing forward, making my way through the fight scene and inbetween a few trees. "BAKUGO!" I hear Shinso shout, "MOTHERFUCKER!" He yelled, a minute later he was by my side.
"You go that way, I'm going further in." I said simply, pointing to my side. "We meet back up here."
"Who the fuck put you in charge!?" He scoffed.
"I Did." I admitted, continuing further into the trees.
"ASSHOLE!" He shouted with a groan, his footsteps soon being heard fading away.
I started up a few explosions, "COME OUT EXTRAS! WHEREVER YOU ARE!" I yelled, wicked grin growing across my face.
Ten minutes passed and not a single villain in sight. Was I wrong?
But as soon as I began walking back to where I had separated from the freak, bushes nearby began to rustle. "HA! I KNEW YOU SCUM WERE HERE, SHOW YOURSELF!"
My explosions grew, creeping closer and closer towards the bush. To my personal dismay, purple emerged from behind the tree beside it. "BAKUGO! CALM DOWN! It's just me, fuck!."
"Oh come on! For all mights sake I thought you were a piece of shit villain." I groaned. "I told you to go that way, extra!"
"Yeah I did!" He exclaimed, "Reached the edge and couldn't see anyone so figured I should come back."
I kept quiet a moment. Was there really nobody here? I couldn't give up already, especially not when the freak show was here. "Dumbass. We'll go this way then."
I set off in the opposite direction that he had come from and with a groan he followed.
So we walked through the forest, eyebags and I side by side. He had been quiet. Freakishly quiet. There hadn't been a single sarcastic comment for at least 20 minutes, I hadn't been interrupted, and he never added innuendo to what I said.
Something was wrong... but what?
"Shit!" I gasped, a dash a blonde flying by, "Was that Toga?" I asked, voice barely audible as we ducked behind a full bush.
Shinso shook his head, "No, I'm Toga." My jaw dropped open, eyes widened as I stared into violet eyes. She must have realised her words as purple hair melted to blonde and tired eyes morphed into a playful yet deadly stare. "Shhh..."
I jumped from the bush, instantly attacking her with an explosion. She leaped out the way.
"She's angry..." The real Shinso stated simply, coming up behind me as he tried to fight off Twices clones, who somehow still hadn't answered anything he said. He now had a slash cut across his cheekbone.
"How could you tell?" I scoffed, throwing an explosion in Togas direction before jumping over her.
"Well you can really tell someone's mood by their body language, like right now she has a knife and keeps trying to kill you. I don't think that means she's happy." He joked.
"You clearly don't know her."
She charged towards me, cheeks pink and yellow eyes narrow with a knife leading the way. I tried to start up an explosion but it seemed I was too late.
I searched for another solution but in the few seconds I had left, there wasn't anything worth trying. They could kidnap me or kill me but either way this was it. This was the end. I wasn't going to become a hero nevermind number one.
Suddenly, I was pushed out the way. "THE HELL!?" I shouted, tumbling to the floor. The purple haired freak landed next to me, "How many times do i have to tell you I don't need help!?"
"Ouch.." He breaths, gasping seconds later as he slowly turned.
"Yeah, truth hurts."
"It's not truth, asshole, it's the knife in my shoulder blade!" He groaned, arm resting over his forehead and eyes scrunched in agony.
"Holy crap, you okay?" I panicked, getting up to try and help him.
"Yep." He breathed out, "Absolutely perfect."
"CAN YOU STOP BEING SARCASTIC JUST ONCE?!"
The silence lasted a moment as we stared at each other. "I'm either losing consciousness, or you actually care?" He said, a goofy grin spreading across his face.
"Shut up and stay awake." I muttered, quickly standing up and running to find Aizawa Sensei. Thé villains had already retreated through one of Kurogiris portals so it didn't take long to find help and carry the freak to recovery girl.
My heart ached, like someone was reaching into my chest and squeezing it. A lump was caught in my throat as I made my way down each corridor.
Was it guilt?
Fuck - emotions are the shittiest!
