TWO DAYS LATER

📍🛫Airport

I woke up early, the soft rays of the morning sun filtering through the curtains and casting a warm glow over Matteo's sleeping form beside me. He looked peaceful.

Devil just seh gi him one bitch box

Careful not to disturb him, I slid out of bed and tiptoed to the bathroom. Today was the day we were flying back home, and there was a alot of thoughts running through my mind.

Work again

As I got ready, yesterday's event replayed over and over. I sighed deeply, pushing those thoughts aside. Today was about getting home, about moving forward from the chaos of yesterday.

Downstairs, Mrs. Myere and Malia were already up, preparing breakfast.

Love when dem cook yuh fuck

love yuh gut

The aroma of fresh coffee filled the kitchen as Mrs. Myere turned to greet me with a warm hug. "Safe travel Mia," she said softly, her eyes glossy . Malia hugged me tightly, her voice barely above a whisper, "Take care of yourself Mia and take of Asiere."

awww dem aguh mek mi bawl inuh

Mr. Myers nodded as our eyes met and he sat at the table. The weight of yesterday's events still heavy on my heart.

mi just shock tpc

Suppose  a my man jazz did breed fah?
she naah duh dat

mmm wanda if is a next Alicia ?

shut up yaah upset mi

The house tension was thick nobody exchanged a word . Only to Malia . Mr and Mrs Myers . We only got ready and pack our luggage in the cars .

We left for the airport in silence, each giving nasty looks.

Mi still waah beat Trish naahguh lie

The tension in the car was palpable, thick like fog inah night when rain fall hard . No one exchanged a single word during the drive, the air heavy with unresolved emotions.

Caz normally who naah wind down window a shout out oofah name and who naah rev car and who naah blast music the loudest woulda a gwaan

but today ?? none a dat neva did a keep and it felt weird

In no time we were at the airport, we checked in our luggage and went through security. Asiere seemed less anxious this time, his excitement about flying evident in the way his eyes lit up at the sight of the planes outside the window.

Before boarding, I decided to grab a quick bite at a nearby café. Standing in line, I couldn't shake off the image of Sasha's disdainful glances towards Jasmine, whose tear-streaked face were something that couldn't be hidden.
