A smelly theater
Not smelly in the way you think. lol
Early in the film's development, Walt and Leopold Stokowski wanted to try spraying fragrances in the theaters during certain moments in the film.
You know, like the special effects in Mickey's Philharmagic.
Some suggestions were the theater to smell like jasmine for Waltz of the Flowers, incense for Ave Maria, cereus for Claire de Lune, and gunpowder for The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
I think I would have enjoyed that. I love smelling smells.
It didn't make the cut because it took too long to deplete a smell from the theater before deploying the next one.
Makes sense.
