Walt pushed his crew

Walt was always picky about who animated what. 

When he decides on an animator, that was final. 

So, when he decided that John Hench was gonna animate Dance of the Hours, that was final. 

John Hench actually didn't want to do it because he knew almost nothing about the ballet Dance of the Hours.

But that didn't stop Walt.

He actually bought John tickets to see the ballet so he could get to know it and animate it. 

So there really wasn't any getting around Walt.
